A shoulder season must! Beautiful foliage and a large variety of hiking trails for many miles.

Beautiful scenery. Beautiful camping at Scotts Lake disperse camping. Part of the original California trail. Awesome fishing. Great hiking close by. Tahoe rim trail, Pacific Crest trail, Burnside Lake, Crater Lake. Definitely worth enjoying the outdoors here.

We stopped here to try out cross country skiing with our 3 and 5 year olds. The woman there was so nice and knowledgable. She helped our my daughters so they started to get the hang of the skiing.
