Ideal Dental of Tucson

I had a great dental visit and I am nervous when it comes to dentist. I needed a crown. Dr Ruiz and was compassionate and made sure I was in no pain. Her assistant was skillful and answered all my questions. I was put at ease the moment I walked in the door. They worked together as a good team. I even recommend that my husband go see them. I was there November 14 2023

Front desk staff is exceptionally courteous and accommodating. Liz has a knack for explaining any issues very clearly and knows the best path forward. Highly recommend for all you dental care needs.

Dr.Willams and Dr Ruiz are very patient and understanding and always answer your questions that you might have. They both strive on keeping their patient smiling an educated on how important it is to keep your teeth cleaned and healthy

I had a new hygienist today and she was awesome! Very gentle and a great sense of humor. Specifically asked for her for my next cleaning and checkup.

Dr Williams and the staff at ideal dental are the best. Been going there for 13 plus years . He is kind and honest and not pushy about treatments needed. You can tell he really cares about his patients

Dr Ruiz is very pleasant, she was patient and answered my questions in detail. My hygienist, Diana, was very gentle and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Front office staff are very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Went in for the first time today for a dental cleaning and let me tell you, great experience from the start. Seemed like the staff got nicer and nicer with every one that I met. Personable, professional and welcoming. Detailed exam, answering all questions with sincerity and patience. Not recommending anything you don’t need and getting the job done right. Great people. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Looking forward to coming back!

They do excellent work here in a very friendly and relaxed environment. All the staff is exceptionally friendly. Both of my children did great here as well. They definitely know how to make patients of all ages comfortable

I had a temporary crown put on that was a little thin on the outside and broke. I went back in and Dr. Williams had it redone made thicker on the outside free of charge. I told him I was going on vacation and preferred to have the permanent crown on before I left town. I informed him of the date I was leaving and he changed my original appointment to when the crown comes in we will get it done before you leave and he made it so. Serena and Jasmina did a great job as well getting this accomplished before I left. Dr. Williams provided me with free whitening for life and a state of the art electric toothbrush for the inconvenience of having to do the temporary twice. Standing behind everything that is done by you and your employees is part of running a solid business and catering to the client. He more than made the inconvenience I experienced right. In my estimation that is a solid practice. This is my dentist for as long as I live in Arizona. Thanks Ideal Dental of Tucson!!!

Wow, it was a great having someone like Miss Cerina answer the phone! She was very patient and helpful, and answered all my questions! Even when I called back a second time, she still sat on the phone, and answered all my other questions again, thank you so much. Can’t wait to go to the office.

Visiting my dental office is delightful. My last visit was no different.
Upon my arrival I was promptly called. Joy cheerfully greeted me. Once she verified the purpose of my visit, she attentively checked out my teeth and informed me of what she found. She then cleaned teeth carefully and thoroughly. She also suggested to me how I might best keep my teeth and mouth healthy.
Pronto Joy walked me to the front desk and help me to make my next appointment!
Both principal doctors of Ideal Dental are devoted to the excellent dental care of their patients. They maintain an efficient

It's very friendly. The staff make you feel very relax. Lizzete and the staff here are amazing and just wonderful.

My husband was very pleased with the friendly and professional staff. The office has all the latest equipment for cleaning, x-rays and digital modeling.

Had really severe broken tooth and quite an amount of pain. Called their office around 7:30 am and was booked an appointment that same day! I was super happy that they were able to take me and work within my budget. Very knowledgeable and extremely empathetic. Will go back and I highly recommend

I have been going to ideal dental for a little over 3 years and I find them very efficient on time and friendly.
