Brandenburg Park

Great location in the center of town. Ample parking too. There were two playground sets designated for 2yrs-5yrs and then 5yrs and up. So glad to see it was free to take your kiddos too, right across from the community building where events were held. Only downside is the park is surrounded on all four sides to traffic lanes so just keep an eye on those kids.

Great place in Red River. They hold a music festival and Aspencade Arts And Crafts Show the third weekend in September. A great time with great vendors wit mostly handmade items. Beautiful area as Aspen Trees are usually turning the fall colors.

Red River’s town square! Awesome little park smack-dab in the middle of town. Close to everything. Right under the ski slopes. Some cool moose and bear art work. A gezebo. Plenty of picnic tables. Grab a burger from the Dairy Bar down the street and eat it here during the summer. Looks like there are festivals here on occasion.

Our kids love this park! It’s not a huge play area but big enough. Our 11- year old is somewhat getting too large for some of it, but the climbing wall is till fun! There is outdoor workout equipment, a pavilion, playground,, large open green space, plenty of shade, and benches. We will return whenever we are in town!

Such a beautiful park to spend the afternoon in! Our daughters loved it. If you want amazing snow for a great snowball fight...this is it!

Nice, open park. The playground was under renovation in November 2021 but it will be great when it's complete! Nicely decorated for Christmas. There's a pavilion for shaded or protected picnics. It's in the middle of Red River so a great pit stop for families.

The beauty of the mountains is beyond words, musicians are great, the vendors and the food are just as fabulous. A wonderful weekend for music and relaxing.

Will be spending the Christmas holidays 2020 for 7 days and 7 nights. Me and my husband and our 3 beautiful lil babies (dogs) at red river New Mexico. I can’t wait for the journey to begin.

Drove into town and heard bluegrass and gospel music coming from the park. pulled out our lawn chairs and listened for while. such a beautiful day and bathroom facilities nearby.

Beautiful little town in the mountains. Friendly people. We visited in the fall and the aspens were in full glory. Definitely a place to visit

Beautiful area. Love Red River. One block south is the creek that runs thru town. So relaxing.
