Jessica Cross cared for me like no doctor I’ve ever had. She took the time to listen to me and I felt heard. She made me feel seen. She is honestly such a blessing to have in Red River, and if all were like her, the world would be a much better place.

Jessica Cross is the most competent , amazing , smart and emotionally intelligent professionals in the medical field .She listens to her patients and is always willing to help figure out what their medical needs are. I have had to go to different doctors due to location but I always return to Jessica. She makes me feel heard and respected .

I had a great experience at Main Street Medical. I stupidly got in poison ivy just before our vacation, so by the time I got to Red River, I was in a state! Jessica Cross was so sweet and understanding and she knew just what to do to make me feel better. Thank you, Jessica!

I got sick while I was on vacation in Red River and went to this clinic. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The nurse practitioner was extremely thorough and obviously a very caring person. She had the medicines that I needed so that I didn't even have to drive to Taos to a pharmacy. In addition, they did not take my insurance, but when given the total due for office visit, lab test and two medicines, I was pleasantly surprised. I expected it to be much, much more. Highly recommend.

More than a good medical practitioner, we value the fact that you were a good listener. More than being just professionals, we value the fact that your staff’s attitude was exceptional. My experience is positive. In regards to the first reviewer, I will say it is difficult for a tourist to Red River to see that this is not an "urgent clinic" but rather an appointment only facility. I also assumed it was an urgent care clinic when I first saw it, which is why we went there when we had an urgent need. Luckily my son's accident happened on a "slow" day, otherwise we WOULD have had to drive to Taos, and I did not want to do that. Trust me, been there (in past vacations to Red River) done that, and have the T-shirt (no pun intended). I am thankful that the clinic was open AND that they were able to work my son in for sutures. They were thorough and patient with us, even with my wife in the panicked state she was in. I have been vacationing in RR/Summertime for 38 years....and it was NICE having someone there to take care of my kid for me instead of having to deal with a stressed out 50 minute car ride and another worried hour in an emergency room waiting room. Trust me, I have had to do that more than once. This is a small town, and the clinic is swamped with appointments just from locals. Would I have gotten faster service where I am at? Yep, we have two major hospitals within 8 minutes of my house and about a dozen "doc in the box emergency clinics" within half that time, but I live in a suburb of Dallas. Taos used to be the ONLY option. Thanks Main Street Medical for helping me out. I appreciate the job you did and are doing.

I had an amazing experience!! Thank you, Jessica, for taking care of me and getting me fitted for a brace and crutches. They have helped so much with the pain and mobility after twisting my knee. Thank you!!!!

Horrible unfriendly service for someone who simply needed a few stitches. Crazy that someone is expected to have an appointment for a laceration.
Clinic was booked? No one else in sight. Way to take care of tourists in a tourist town. It's bad to send someone to Taos when it's been snowing for 24 hours.

If it was possible to give "0" stars, this medical office is worthy of it. Do NOT waste your time even attempting to go here, drive to Taos. We arrived exactly when they opened with a 1 year old running a fever, only to be told they were full today, and don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Worthless. They were unable to give my nephew stiches for a simple laceration since the Doc was tired and had only had 3 hours sleep in a couple days? Very slow service. Could not even help with some basic medical supplies.
