Bestcare Pharmacy Questa

We were camping at Red River and I needed medication. The Dr called it in and we had the best experience ever with the wonderful staff. She had all over the over the counter stuff pulled and directions written out on each one for me as well as having the rx filled and ready. It was so great to have such personal and caring care. She had it all ready one package ready to go for us. Such great customer service we will be sure to use them again if needed. Thanks for helping us so much

I wish I could give the two young ladies who worked there a "10". ---- an elderly customer came in to pick up their prescriptions and when everything was rung up the customer was $16 short having enough to pay for it all. Instead of shorting them them pharmacist quietly wrote out an IOU for the amount and rolled it up and placed in the pill bottle. After seeing this a customer inline asked if he could pay the IOU. This is a sample of what's right with small town America.

I have always been given the best service and respect from these ladies. I will continue to keep my business with Bestcare as long as they are here. No waiting when I arrive. Yes, excellent customer service! Thank you!! ❤

Great pharmacy!!!

There online services that the company provides does not work there. They say you can refill Prescriptions online I waited 3 days after doing that!! No communication whatsoever on the website saying it does not work at this location!! dont offer it if you wont Allow them to use it in that area!! The girls who work there are nice if your nice to them

Cant get them to answer the phone. Closed a hour early when they knew I was on the way there

The only reason I use this pharmacy is because its the closest to where I live (20miles)...but I'm about.to start driving to taos to fill my script. They are the rudest people, both of them, and they can't blame it on having a bad day because this has happened numerous times....almost every time I go. It's ridiculous that a customer has to deal with this when trying to get medication that they need. And heaven forbid that it snows, they won't be in at all that day! Very frustrating!!

Quite literally the worst pharmacy ever. Waited 24 hours to pick up a prescription, it wasn’t ready. Drove to Taos and spent an hour in Taos and drove back to Questa. Prescription still wasn’t ready. Playing games with peoples lives who actually need critical medications. I’ll drive past them to Taos every time in the future.
