Papa Johns Pizza

Have you ever ordered online but from the wrong location? I did tonight on a rainy horrible day I had as well. Just wanted to give praise to Penny the GM I later found out for her excellent customer service on trying to help me even though it was MY fault. If I could give 10 stars I would. This was a fantastic example on how it's done. You just got a lifetime customer. Well done Papa Johns, well done. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My kid was craving Garlic Knots. We were on the other side of Orlando from where we usually exist, so we ordered from the closest Papa John's, not our normal haunt. Traditionally, Garlic Knots come with exactly 1/3rd of the marinara sauce required to eat an order of Garlic Knots. Our usual Papa John's is well aware of this problem and compensates for it. This one not only doesn't, but when asked to make an exception, declines. I'm not sure we would be Papa John's loyalists if our normal establishment was this one.

Absolutely delicious Pizza! Every part of it tasted wonderful, the crust, sauce, cheese and toppings. It came in less than half an hour, at dinner time. It was hot and came with another box of free cheese fingers. Our family favorite!

First and foremost Emily at this Papa John's location is a delight to have as a person to take my order, she has great customer service. It's not about what you do for a living, it's about how well you are at it. Work Ethics is not installed in you, you gotta be born with it, and Emily definitely was born with it. Besides that the pizza is great at this location no issues whatsoever. Give it up for the Chef as well.

For takeout/delivery pizza, I have had no issues with this Papa Johns location. The pizza is always good and always hot. Here is a tip, if you want hot pizza, show up 5 minutes before the time they tell you to show up to pickup your pizza. Most times they will just be pulling it out of the oven and you will get a fresh hot pizza that will stay hot till you get back home. For takeout, times seem to never be longer than 20 minutes from the time I call, many times less.

I ordered from this location today for the first time and it was so good! I always order from the app because you guys have great specials on there! My pizza was made in less than 20min!!! And super fresh :)

The food is hot and delicious and the manager at this location was more than generous and helped when we were in a pinch! I had a group of volunteers donating their time and helping some homeless individuals and the procedures were taking to long. I called Papa Johns and explained to him the situation and Marshal, the store manager, seriously helped so that all of our volunteers and patients were fed!

One of the best Papa John's pizzerias I have visited very courteous you can have a pizza in 10 minutes walk out take out for $9, how you going to beat that, others might try to duplicate the price but you can't duplicate the quality, keep doing a great job Papa John's

Pizza was really good! I placed my order online and picked it up. Order was accurate and my pizza was fresh and hot. My favorite pizza to get is the chicken with beef pizza with BBQ as the sauce. Good service as well👍

So far I've only patronized this store once. But unlike the Papa John's in my old neighborhood this pizza was perfect. I hope this is a sign of things to come

Every time I have dealt with Papa John’s they have been pleasant professional and never to this date been longer than they said. I am grateful for the times that they can give my wife a break LOL. Knowing full well that by God I cannot cook. Thank you PJ
