Papa Johns Pizza

I can see a few reasons to why this place has gotten such low rating, but I’ve ordered here more than 15 times and each time it’s come hot and with everything I’d asked for. Even the delivery drivers are kind and easy to communicate during delivery process. I will continue to come back to this location wether it’s pickup or delivery!

I ordered lunch off of the papa johns app, to be picked up from this location. I can't say anything negative about the experience. Service was fast, and the woman working was friendly. The food is absolutely delicious. Made fresh and clearly with care. My pizza was made beautifully and the cheese sticks and wing were both equally amazing. Thank you so much to the staff here for wonderful lunch. I will definitely be back for more in the future

Papa Johns Pizza off of East Colfax Denver Colorado. Excellent location very popular area recommended that you eat from here call ahead to have your order ready. Right next door to pauls liquors. Papa's pairables 6.99$ each

Great phone in service from Peter- he was super patient and thorough explaining the deals and waiting for us to decide. Other companies didnt even answer but you can count on this location and on Peter to pick up and be attentive.

It’s fine. I always get takeout. The staff is always cool over the years, my order is never wrong, etc. But it’s a rough location: There’s always something — either in the parking lot or the bus stop out front. Homeless people screaming, trash everywhere front or back of the building, etc. It’s not really the staff’s fault, so it has to be 5 stars for them.

The epic garlic stuffed crust w/ pep was fantastic. Despite some bad reviews, I found the people and food here to be highly satisfactory. Yeah, it's not a great area, but even more reason folks living nearby should be grateful it's here.

Was very skeptical because of all the mixed reviews, but definitely enjoyed this pie! And the gentleman who was at the window was very polite and friendly!

Came here on a lime scooter and had to ride 30 minutes back to the hotel with a pizza, knots, and sodas. The staff noticed this and gave us extra bags and plates. They made the pizza amazing and have been craving it since.

Was nervous because this is a sketchy exterior on Colfax but we ordered online and it was maybe our best ever Papa experience?! Hot, fresh, extra sauce and quick.

I picked up a small pizza at the window. It was quick and good. No complaints.

Late night after prom. Fresh pizza. Nice people. I haven't eaten at papa John's in a few years. This service makes me want to eat here more. Affordable food great taste. Many of the small local type pizza shops need to learn about service quality and price.

Every time I order from this location they are so fast and incredibly friendly. We showed up a bit early for our pickup order tonight and they were apologetic that it wasn’t ready yet! Nothing to be sorry for and we had nice chats while we waited (literally only 3-4 minutes). Never had an incorrect order from this location. Thanks for all the good experiences!

AMAZING! I contacted this store to place a large order for an evening business meeting. Spoke with Josh who helped me with details and planning. I stressed the importance of the order being on time. The day of the meeting, David arrived early, had plenty of paper plates and napkins, and helped set the pizzas up on the table. Both Josh and David made this experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable. We'll definitely be ordering from them again! I'd recommend using this location for ANY downtown business who needs pizzas for meetings-made life a whole lot easier!

My wife ordered 5 pizzas from this store, from a moving train, for delivery, with no exact arrival time, while my family was headed East on the California Zephyr. We had about a 30 minute stop in Denver to get everything done before the train took off again. They got them to the delivery spot in the nick of time. I didnt even get the driver's name, but he was all over getting these pizzas to some random folks, at a busy train station, in Downtown Denver. He made several calls to finally get us to a delivery spot in the middle of the street. He deserves mad props!! From a Kentucky family, who was burned out on Amtrak food, thank you guys so much. Made our night and most of the people on the train too!!

Ordered online earlier today, hungover as hell, at work, and for once willing to bite the bullet of a delivery fee.
YALL. This girl got to me SO fast, the pizza was still hot enough to burn your mouth (I didn’t though). 10/10, I wish I would’ve caught her name. She’s a superstar.
The pizza was also perfection, aside from being nice and toasty still.

This is the BEST Papa John’s location I’ve ever had! You’d think they’d all be the same but literally this one is better somehow and the service is always amazing!!

Wow people are harsh critics. Have you seen the reviews for this place? Horrendous. I almost didn’t go through with my order until I read the reviews. People complain about anything.

Was my delivery time long? Sure. But it was a Friday night.

My food was still warm. My delivery driver was friendly and he even apologized for the wait.

Woke up this morning, no food poisoning. 5 stars.
