(Note that I work here) The gym is 24 hr access to people with a membership, of which there are many different plans for differing levels of gym usage per person. Otherwise you can drop in and buy a day pass just to try it out. Very handy if yoh dont have gym equipment at your home.

great, i used them in three forks and was excited to see they were in Townsend. it doesn't matter if you lift heavy or just want cardio they have you covered and at a good price.

Awesome place to get er done!

I love the gym been going for a year ,lots of equipment and the people that work there are awesome. Only down side of say is the showers in the locker room are always dirty. There's hait in the drain,dirt on and shampoo residue on the floor of the showers and soap bars and razors left

The food was a bit salty but overall good experience
