Best Western Ft. Lauderdale I-95 Inn

Upon checking in, we were fortunate to meet Mary at the front desk. She was extremely friendly and polite and saw to our every need. It is seldom to have such a personable and professional representative, Best Western has a true star in her. We wish to extend our thanks to Mary for her wonderful service and efforsts to make us feel at home. Additionally, Velma in the breakfast area was so kind and made us comfortable and ensure our needs were met. She was gracious and very thoughtful. Here's a big thanks and Kudos to these two superb Best Western reps!

We had an awesome stay at the Best Western I-95. The hotel staff were all professional, always providing excellent customer service. When we check in, there was a problem with the pre-charges, which I paid before I arrived, showing a charge on my checking account, but not in their computer. Thanks to the General Mgr,Teji, who took care of the problem quickly the next day. The 3rd floor room that we were assigned had a broken refrigerator, and the TV had no cable signal. Naika, the front desk night clerk, quickly reassigned of to a better room on the 1st floor with no problems. The breakfast bar was excellent, and was kept fully stocked daily by Lina, the breakfast hostess. I would also like to recognize Mary, front desk day clerk for her smile, and great attitude in providing excellent customer service during our entire stay, truly they all work together as a team, providing customer service well beyond my expectations. This was my first time in Fort Lauderdale, and because of them , we will make this our hotel of choice every time we visit this great city in the future.

It was an awesome stay at this location. Staff is very friendly and big breakfast in every morning. I will love to stay again. i have asked for to change room and they did it same day. It has an outdoor pool and we enjoyed it very much. we had great time at that stay.

I have a room booked in a few months, I called the hotel after I read all the bad reviews with my concerns, and found out they are remodeling the "entire place". They just painted the outside, and are working on painting the inside of the hotel, they will have all new flooring, elevator , sinks, showers, plumbing and furniture. Everything redone, total facelift. I am so excited!!! I booked at the perfect time, got a great rate.

Our experienced at this Best Western location fort Lauderdale, is always amazing. Management always make sure that we are comfortable, and our children are safe and having fun. The front desk manager vela is a kind person.
Morning breakfasts are full, of healthy and fresh foods.
Room service employees, are 100% positive and friendly.
Maintenance man is always available, to take care of any situations, that might come up.
Hotel always smells clean, and the gym and laundry room I always kept tidy.
We love visiting this location, and will be returning once again for the holidays

Cute and clean hotel. Staff is so friendly and caring! The pool is amazing and clean. Breakfast is yummy. Near a lot of fun family activities like beaches parks, restaurants, ect. Enjoyed my little getaway here.

We loved the place it was quiet and there was not a lot of late night noise. The breakfast was ok after all it was free. And because it was quiet we got a good night's rest 😊.... Thanks BDub (Best Western Ft. Lauderdale)

Very comfortable. Breakfast bar was busy. I got a cup of coffee. No place to sit. Not enough tables. But very clean and I appreciate that highly.

All in all a good experience and everything is walkable restaurants are around for ease.

Outside pool unfortanetly I was there after dusk so it closed already and tomorrow have to leave for Miami

Very helpful people they go out of there wait to try to help others but don't understand the manager I have been staying here at the best Western for about a month and a half and all of a sudden the owner does like dogs so I can't stay here any more cause I have a dog but to top it off it is a service animal didnt think any place could
refuse a service animal

The room we was in phone plug ins wasn't working, phone wasn't working carpet was wet. Move us to a other room bathroom tub was dirty with Caucasian people hair in it, room had bad smell I ask a working for air freshingner spray, and a guy for towel and I cleaned the shower toilet and sink area and wipe the floor around toilet and tub it had hair, come think of it the person might of had a hairy dog. But after I cleaned and sprayed it, it was ok. I always stay at best western in Raleigh NC when i visits and never experience this.

The breakfast was totally awesome! The workers helped start the ✨pancake machine✨! All the food was delicious! And it was so easy to fall asleep in the unitchy sheets! 5 stars!

We picked this hotel, as it was on a bus route, easy to get to by taxi from the airport, and reasonable in price. We came to see the International Boat Show, and while there at the hotel, met several who did the same as well as many who were going to cruise ships. This hotel has a very good 'third party' car service, much cheaper than taxi's. We found it to be very quiet in the evening. The breakfast has lots of choices, with fresh fruit, hot foods, and a variety of waffles, cold breakfast cereals, yogurts, and baked goods. The pool area is clean and there is a liquor store across the street. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Customer service is excellent. The 1st night I arrived my booking was not correct, my reservations was booked through a booking agency. I had A unexpected trip to Ft. Lauderdale. A young lady Mrs. Mel was welcoming and able to make corrections and provide a room. Mrs. Ev was absolutely amazing she made sure everything I needed was done, clean room all Amenities Supplies were provided in room Doing our stay. She wasn't assigned to our room as our housekeeper, but she was Immediately able to comply with our necessities, now truly that's real service. The next day our guest attendant at the Front desk a friendly fellow Mr. Mar excellent customer service, greeted us every morning by last name and assisted us as needed with account. In addition during breakfast 1st morning the Cafeteria assistant knew I waited in line before the waffle maker was refilled, she took the time with courtesy and made my waffle personally herself. The young man who mops and sweep all areas, Thank you very much, your work is well noticed.

This is one of the best BW I have stayed in and the friendly desk clerk was amazing. She knew all the great places to have a bite to eat at. I also love the fact that the hotel offers breakfast but it is a Waffle House literally about 30 feet from the front door. This is a much love favorite.

I did read a lot of reviews before booking this hotel and decided to take a chance myself.

The employees were very friendly, even when passing them in the parking lot at the end if their shift they would greet you. I never experienced the "mean employee" at the breakfast area. Everyone was very pleasant.

My room I requested was a King Non-Smoking and I got just that. The room was very clean and set up nicely. It wasn't huge but I was just sleeping there a couple if nights. It did face the "dreaded train tracks" others have posted about but honestly I didn't pay any attention to it. It wasn't overly loud but you knew it went by. No big deal, it was actually kinda cool!

The only negative review is the employees are a little loud while in the halls and cleaning. Oh well not anything to complain about.

On the other hand people...I know your not at home but clean up after yourselves! I had seen multiple cars with trash set outside of them and a trash can less than 20 feet away. Hello? Florida is our home, home of sunshine, laid back easy going life and we like to keep it clean. So travelers, clean up after yourselves. Honestly it was sad the amout of trash set out next to BMW's and Mercedes-Benz.

We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western . Room was clean smelled fresh had comfy bed lots of pillows and an over abundance of keurig cup coffees and assorted teas even hot cocoa..They have an awesome breakfast ..We had fresh Blackberries and Melon. Very Pleasant Staff and very Dog friendly.. we took 2 . Clean Safe Pet area too. Nice location too. And it's Quiet

I’ve stayed at a handful of hotels in this area over the past year, as most months I stay out here two nights a week. This is hands down the best experience I have had. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, LGBTQ+ friendly, and treats all of their returning customers like family. The free breakfast is actually worth getting the day started early for, which is saying an awful lot for me. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and freshly stocked with little bottles of actual good argan oil shampoo and conditioners, not that watered down white people shampoo you get at most hotels. I’ve never had a problem with the WiFi, the appliances, the temperature—it’s been a smooth and comfortable visit every single time in a place that makes me feel welcome. Highly recommended and sincerely appreciated.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, plus great complimentary breakfast. We had a great experience.

Our party of 4 stayed one night prior to cruise. Clean rooms. Daniel the manager is welcoming & obliging. Tasty fresh breakfast. There are train tracks adjacent to the property but it did not affect our sleep. Daniel recommended ‘private’ driver from airport which was cheaper than a taxi.
