Life Storage - Hollywood

Staffs very attentive, always there if you have any questions. Friendly, professional and courteous. Place is busy on the weekends, but it's easy to get in and out without a delay. Unlike other storage facilities that have an elevator but it's harder for you to visit your unit if you have to get something you need from your unit.

I do not leave many reviews but this time I must. I had a problem with my code to get in. Went inside and spoke to Vonnie and I just have to say… she was incredible!! The absolute best customer service you could possibly ever ask for. She helped me with my problem and made sure I fully understood everything. She should be teaching lessons on customer service . Simply excellent!!

Close to a year ago I had to make moves for a storage facility. I found life storage and went in to reserve a unit. I was very lucky to encounter Bonnie to assist me. She was phenomenal that day with providing me guidance and easing my concerns about the unit I was renting. Storage was perfect for all my belongings. Thanks to her all worked out, and with my visits to the facility she was spectacular, professional and polite. I had a great experience with my storage needs and she was 1 of the reason why.
