Went in and got my lisence in less than 20 minutes!! I havent had a lisence in 6 years feels good to be legal!! Lady that took care of me was very nice and respectful! With the Covid virus and walk in's being suspended, having to have an appointment to get in the DMV was horrifying appointments backed up until Dec! The Express office took care of me in just a few minutes! Building is also near the train station, so it was very nice on the inside and neat to see! Had a good experience!🏆👏

The first time I came here the service I received was excellent brothers and sisters were very courtesy and kind and very welcoming this is the first time I ever enjoyed myself going to get my driver's license I will always come here in the future ☺

The people that work there are extremely nice and they have good service

It's a shame really. They have two people in there serving well over a hundred. The people there to receive service are confused about the service they need and what they need to receive it.

The people working are about efficient at their jobs as they can be.

First time I came I stood in direct sunlight for an hour before they let me in. This time around it was 2 hours in the bitter cold. Use this place as your last option because on top of the wait time their customer service skills are lacking as well.

They might as well not have opened this office. The average person waits in this line a minimum of 2 hours with no urgency. Then the staff came outside to say she was going to lunch at 11:30 and wouldn’t be back until 2. This is ridiculous and knowing how long the wait is to get appointment times online and the time people are wasting I feel like they do not care because this location is full of minorities since it is at the DEPOT. They should just shut this location down.

They have you standing outside for hours waiting, then if they're going to lunch they won't even come to the door and say we're going to lunch come back at 2pm. I think something has to be done about this. When we asked one of the employees a question she was very short with her answer. They need to be a little more understanding. We are people too

Been 2 separate times now and both times were horrible. Waiting in line outside in the 90' weather for what seemed like forever (1hr) with no interaction from anyone. Only to be told to come back the next day. 1st time I went a gentleman and I were both out there for the same amount of time and both walked from the parking area at the same time. Then waited and waited only for the woman to come out and look at both of us and tells him I'll take you then looks at me says you're just gonna have to come back Monday.. Then I go back stand in line for an hour with 10 other people I'm 8th in line. No one ever came out or even to the door until 4pm. The. They only took 6 people and told the rest of us to leave. I would have given 0 stars if it would let me. They are rude when speaking to you and could easily put up a cone knowing they're only taking 6 at a time.

After visiting two other DMVs in Greensboro I was told to come to the Washington Street DMV to turn in my mom's drivers license. I have been waiting outside for over 30 minutes and they have not taken one person inside. I'm told it's lunch rotation. Apparently nothing happens during that 3 hours.

Wish I could give a negative star. This place is completely atrocious. Came at minutes to four and stood outside in line until 5, no one came out. Came back a next day waited from 2pm in line, they didn't come out until 4:35pm and said they were only taking 2 out of the fifteen people waiting in the line. Completely ridiculous.

If I could rate a zero I would I mean nobody is coming out saying how long the wait is and we are really standing outside and the line is extremely long I'm really not understanding what's the point of them getting this location and we can't even go and sit down we standing outside like we in the dang soup line just freaking ridiculous

THE LADY IS RUDE AND THINKS SHE CAN TELL PEOPLE WHEN TO TALK I DON'T KNOW WHO HER PARENTS ARE PUT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE BETTER WITH HER BEING A SMART A$$ to a 88 YEAR OLD MAN. I HOPE SHE DON'T WORK THERE LONG. SHE THINKS SHE IS SMART BECAUSE SHE WORKS FOR THE DMV SHE SHOULDN'T VE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH PEOPLE PUT HER BEHIND A WALL WHERE SHE CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE..

They will not acknowledge you or give you any information. You literally just stand out here. Nobody is going is going in or coming out. The question is, are they really in there working???

Low level of respects and the worst service you could imagine if you Plan on coming to this dmv office you might as well plan to live outside for half a day whether it’s rainy or Snowing , if anyone knows were I can apply here let me know because if they can’t do their job right and effectively they should just quit
