I was very happy with my experience at RadioShack. They were fast to answer the phone when I called and were knowledgeable about the item I was looking for. RadioShack may be one of the few places you can find an AC to DC power converter. I would say that the price was a bit high but it was convenient. One disappointing thing was their selection of radio equipment, which you would expect to be abundant due to the name of the store. The person that helped me in store was fantastic, she let me look at one of the AC to DC converters before I decided which one to buy. This RadioShack carries Police Scanners which isn’t something you find everywhere and was something I thought was notable. If you’re in the area I’d suggest taking a look around the store if you’re into electronics or amateur radio, you might find something cool.

Good customer service is hard to find nowdays.. actually, ANY customer service is hard to find! I guarantee you won't find better customer service anywhere. PJ and Tom went above and beyond to help me with a technical issue I was having with our TV/DVD player/soundbar. This was such a ridiculous issue.. something that's typically simple but in this case wasn't.. but these guys were determined to solve the problem, and were so friendly and helpful. They've proven themselves for sure, and are now my go to place. Thank you PJ and Tom!

Extremely decent service when helping me find the right memory stick for my desktop and at a cheap price. The two guys there were very knowledgeable on the topic and gave me troubleshooting tips for my PC

This store is a huge asset to the community. They help trouble shoot technology issues (phones, computers, etc). I truly appreciate having a person to talk versus a computer on a telephone call.

What a amazing experience to shop in this RadioShack store. Your greeted when you walk in the door the store is full of the newest and greatest of electronics with very knowledgeable staff that go out of there way to help very organized and clean store best place to shop 10 stars

Was glad to hear they were able to replace the battery for my iPod touch 5th Generation, part was ordered and they were very quick to replace. Glad to have my dinosaur back up and working again, thanks guys!

haven’t been there giving 5 stars just because someone didn’t realize there was a 14 day return policy which is pretty standard and decent responses to everyone in the reviews.

I somehow broke my phone and it wasn't working, at all. I needed to take in my wife's phone for a screen repair after I had dropped it in the street. Ryan said to bring in both phones. He fixed my none working phone! Ryan is awesome 👌 👏 Thank you!

Super friendly staff, most Radio Shacks are out of business where I live and my 9 year old son who loves tech stuff was super excited to go look around. The staff was super nice and allowed him to ask a million questions. The store is clean and well stocked. They had an old school Mario game set up which is his favorite game and he was able to hang out and experience the shack!

Purchased a solid Power Peak brand wireless charger to keep my iPhone charged. This store has all the products/good for everything & anything electronics & computers/“cyber”
Their employees like Bo are kind & knowledgeable. Recommend.

Everyone was amazingly helpful to me. It was a small thing I needed, but they treated me like I spent a fortune. Would recommend this location to everyone that needs anything they carry. Jake was my salesperson and he was polite and very helpful.

Even though they were unable to resolve my issue as I had a pretty difficult request, the staff there were really great. Linden (I believe his name was) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the things I needed for a radio antenna. However, unsuccessful this guy was fantastic. Real down to earth guy and did everything he could to assist me in what I was looking for.
