Love this stop! Clean facilities, Popeyes, Deli with warm food! I had Ribs, kernel corn, and Peas and carrots. I was feeling tired and hungry on road trip from Illinois to Minnesota. Great stop!

Amazing service. Went in with a large screw in my RRO trailer tire. Less than a hour from fuel island to back on the road with tire repaired. Friendly and accommodating all the way.

Devon is the best mechanic, positive attitude and full of energy ask for him when you need repair in this TA.

I’ve never written a review for anyone. I must say this shop is awesome. I drive a semi truck and I always park here when home. 1st a couple wells ago Zack fixed my windshield fluid sprayer on my truck. The job required a lot of patience because of where the wires were located. I thought he was for sure go give up but he didn’t. He was VERY patient and got the job done. Another time couldn’t find no where to park and parked in the “no parking zone”. They called the company and informed them the truck would be towed and gave me time to move it without just towing it. Today I called and requested to have my mudflap replaced. I live nearby so they usually give me a heads up when to be on my way (my truck is already parked there). Today Scott fixed my mud lap without me having to be there. He called and said the job was done. I am so appreciative cause I don’t have a load today and I’m not feeling my best. Thanks to all the women and men at the TA shop in Madison, y’all rock.

Showers are well kept & very clean. You can tell Ken takes pride in his job. Friendly staff! Positive experience!

Had a reserved parking spot for semi. They had coned off parking so that no one else could take the spot. Very much appreciated as I have made reservations at other truck stops only to arrive and reserved spots were all taken. The other truck stops would not even make drivers move that hadn't paid for reserved parking. Job well done to this T/A truck stop! I will definitely keep this location in mind for any future trips in this area. Business goes where it is well treated and stays there!

This has been a favorite stop for me. June 19th I'll have 40 years on the road! The only one who can beat T/A was the 76 Truck stops. And there gone! Used to be TSA truck stops of America. Thanks MTG

Drum decided to come appart and they were able to get me in and get the right drum on in 30min. Fast service and nice people.

Came in this morning around 5am, and I must say they have a really clean restroom one of the cleanest I've seen in awhile. Cashier lady was awesome and very helpful. She informed me that the porter was a guy named Mike who cleans the restrooms constantly during his shift. Which I had the pleasure to running into to Mike outside and had a small conversation with the older gentlemen. Real nice and down to earth guy. Didn't get the cashier ladies name but both of you continue to do the great work you guys are doing.

Limped into the TA Travel Service in DeForest after hitting a retread off a semi on the interstate. Unhurt but a bit shaken I didn’t know where to get help, how we were going to get home. The people at the truck service helped us immediately when we asked for their help- patched us up, did a quick assessment on the driveability of the car. Did not charge us anything, I couldn’t believe how fortunate we were to find them.

How does a truck stop run out of fuel if there's no fuel shortage, the nearest truck stop is 18 to 50 miles depending which direction you go in. It seems like the managers that order the fuel is slacking on there job and responsibility. TA is losing money money by not having fuel for truckers.

The only reason I gave 5 stars is for the customer service and only that

If you've ever been outside Wisconsin you will not find nicer more careing employees!
The Popeyes has a staff that is truly amazing (Jeff and the girls sorry I forgot your names) really know how to treat customers!
Waiting...there was absolutely no waiting they kept asking me if i wanted to try samples!
The trucker that came out also stated he "hit a gold mine"!!
He knew and had been here before!
My first time here and Luis the maintenance was very personable and works very hard! He showed me showers and the laundry.

Awesome shop!! I was in and out in no time. Mrs Sherry, Zack, and Michael were great. They went far and beyond to get me back on the road.

Scott and Ken at the TA repair shop were above and beyond amazing. They helped our family get back on the road to our fishing vacation extremely quickly on a Saturday morning. Truly more than we ever expect in the form of excellent customer service! Thank you from the Hershberger family we are now safer because of you!

Went to see our folks at TA after receiving a quote from Meier Truck and Fleet that was outrageous. Meier said we needed brake cans and $770 worth of work when we asked for an adjustment due to the truck not holding on the parking brake and charged us $54 for the C&A when we declined their quote.

TA of course got us in, a small wait, and called and said we needed ... wait for it.. an ADJUSTMENT! $62 later and we were back on the road. No brake cans needed. It is important to be able to trust shops on the road - for the most part, TA is always a great place to go and this TA is one we trust and frequent. Thank you guys, for being open during this COVID19 time and for being trustworthy! See you soon!

Stopped by to get my fried chicken fix at Popeyes. It was late afternoon, but the product was fresh and in our hungry hands in a very timely manner. My only regret is that I forgot to order a bowl of jumbalaya...

This review is about the tire shop. I want to mention the friendly and knowledgable shop. Travis the general manager was helpful getting a particular tire that I needed on my national account. He made the necessary calls to get approval. Very quick. The service technician Scott was actually happy and friendly and promptly changed my spare with the new tire that Travis got approval for. It is so refreshing to see a shop that appreciates our business, without the "attitude" commonly found at other shops. We are all working stiffs here, no premadonnas. Thanks guys for the great service, friendly attitude, and prompt service! I cant ask for any more!

Ken and Scott did TA proud. We were traveling south for the winter and had a problem with a broken compressed air line for the brakes. Even though they normally just service semis they got us in and fixed it in quick order. it's not often you can say you have a good experience getting a vehicle serviced but this was the case here. Thanks guys!
