Beachside Village Resort

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this place, AMAZING hospitality, impeccable rooms and full of details for the guest, it is across the street from the beautiful beach an only 5 minute walk to all the restaurants (if you are a Mediterranean food lover, we highly recommend Keese’s Greek restaurant the food is exquisite) We will definitely come back.

this place was absolutely amazing. we ended up extending our trip because of how much of an amazing time we were having. domenica assisted me and my family with majority of our stay and she was absolutely fantastic. she was made for being in hospitality. the staff is so attentive and nice it was so refreshing. you’re not just a room number here. they know your name and make sure you are well taken care of. our rooms were spotless along with the premises. only down side was the pull out couch into a bed in our first room (before we extended our trip). it was beyond uncomfortable and i do not recommend sleeping on it. hopefully they get a better pull out for that room. the two bedroom we booked for the extension of our trip was so perfect. the hotel is also located within walking distance to the bars, restaurants, food shopping and right across from the beach. i specifically loved that they provided beach chairs and towels for you to use. overall 10/10 experience and we are already making plans to book again for next year!

We had an amazing week at Beachside Village Resort. We had a two bedroom suite for our family and enjoyed the personalized hospitality of this resort. Highlights included the two pools, having morning coffee/ice coffee (provided) while overlooking the ocean on the rooftop patio, having paddle boards, kayaks, and other beach supplies dropped off to the beach for us and enjoying beach days, and the Buffalo Bills parties. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were always willing to go out of their way to make the experience memorable. We would love to go back again in the future.

Vicky and the entire staff couldn't be more welcoming or accommodating. They made us feel like family. The resort is well located near Publix, shopping, fun bars and the beach. They provided everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We used their driver to get us from the airport to BVR and he was wonderful. We were greeted after a very long trip with cold beer an wine. Coffee and tea each morning were so nice. The property was immaculate inside and out. We booked for next year and can't wait to go back.

This review is LONG overdue! BVR is an AMAZING hotel. I can’t believe that this little slice of heaven is here. I first found this place when the house I was renting had issues with plumbing and I was forced to move out for over a week. This hotel is unlike any other I have ever been to. Including large names and “luxury” resorts. BVR has extremely clean and cozy rooms, adorable decor in each room, and a homey and comforting vibe. The staff is the epitome of what every service should aspire to be. They are caring and quick and truly happy to come to work and make this an amazing place to stay. Especially Vicky in the front, she is the sweetest and most welcoming person I think I have ever met. She treats every guest like family and creates a loving and fun environment from the moment she greets you.

Along with the amazing service and clean rooms, the grounds of the hotel are always kept with immaculate attention to detail, the environment immediately calms you. They also offer coffee, wines, beers, and cold water. There is thought and love put into every aspect of this resort. I have stayed here twice already and had my in-laws stay here at least three times! (My father in law is a picky man but he loves BVR).

I have also stayed at the Boat House which is offered off the resort. This house is a charming 3 bed 3 bath home with a lovely front yard and a dreamy backyard overlooking the beautiful intercoastal. This house is a hundred times better than any Airbnb in the area. It is cleaner than any Airbnb I have ever stayed at and comes with all the services of the hotel. Daily cleaning, refills of amenities, etc.

I really can’t compliment this business enough. I suggest if you’re coming to Lauderdale by the Sea or Fort Lauderdale in general you have to stay here!

This is located down the street from lauderdale by the sea great little place to get some good food or drinks ice cream for the kids 😋 this area is always a good choice for the beach. We avoided the Ft Lauderdale beach due to the huge crowds but we were still able to see the planes from air and sea show

We've been coming here for 8 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else. We're treated like family. It's cozy, quiet, and close to everything we need or want.

Chilled atmosphere in beachside old Florida style resort, compiled of several buildings with different room choices. Well staffed by nice folks!

Going back in February and we are so excited. Beautiful resort and so close to the beach. Everyone who works there is so nice and we have met so many nice couples that we are looking forward to seeing again.

Clean, comfortable and oh-so convenient location!! Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere - just the right spot to kick back and enjoy the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea vibe. Our 1 bedroom unit had a full kitchen/dining area, living room with pullout sofa, king bed and newly renovated shower bathroom. with view of a pool and the beach (across El Mar Dr.) Daily housekeeping provided. Coffee from 7 AM To 10 AM. This was our 3rd year straight, and won't be our last visit, for sure.

A truly perfect resort with everything you could possibly need and more, with friendly staff who greet you every morning. Perfect location and plenty of amenities. Our favorite place to stay in Lauderdale by the Sea.

My husband and his buddies come here every year in August for their fantasy football draft and rave about this place but this was the first time I was able to experience it.
We only stayed here for one night b/c they were booked for the remainder of our trip. We were sad to leave. Their attention to detail is amazing. The room was so clean. Every member of the staff greeted us with a big smile and engaged in conversation, they were all so kind and helpful..from the man trimming the palm trees to the amazing women at the front desk. Having 2 pools was an added bonus. They also have beach chairs available for you to borrow. Loved the New England theme (went to school in Rhode Island). In walking distance to El Mar Cafe where we had breakfast 2 mornings and also Arubas, 101, Village Tavern, shops and ice cream shops. The owner of this hotel should run a class on how to manage a hotel...other hotels in the area need to take note.

Above and beyond expectations🙌🏼. Across from the beach. To the left: 2 blocks from restaurants, pizza and ice cream. To the right: Two blocks from grocery stores, pharmacy, boutiques and whatnots. The views from the resort are stunning. Luxurious rooms with all the accommodations. Two heated pools, bar area for family and friends gatherings. The staff is amazing, they don’t just throw your room key at you, they greet you and make you feel actually welcomed, they give you a tour and take you to your room. We could see the ocean from our windows. There’s an open floor on the top, with comfortable chairs where you can either watch the sunrise 🌅, or come for an evening glass of wine. BVR also offered us snorkeling gear, kayaks and paddle boards (and ☕). Full kitchen. We couldn’t ask for more. We’re planning our next trip, this is from now on our favorite place in Fort Laudardale.

My family and I come here every year (as long as there is no covid) between Christmas and New Years. The staff is beyond lovely. They become friends by the end of the trip. They are literally always joyful and genuinely want to help in any way possible. The rooms are super clean and come with a kitchenette which is great for little ones. The have beach chairs, toys, boogie boards all as “take as you need”. Also the beach is directly across the street. Metres away. This has been a family tradition for us and will continue to be. The main patio has a TV, amazing pool, fire place and bbq. They will also pick you up in a golf cart to take you to restaurants when it’s raining or if you want to carry groceries home. Can’t say enough great things about this resort. From amenities to staff, everything is top notch.

The moment that you step into the office to check in you realize that you are somewhere special. We were greeted with a smile and a warm hello and welcome. It's a great location just steps from the beach, it's quiet, clean, very well kept and cared for. You will find lots of little extra touches providing you with things that you didn't even know that you needed but they did! It's a great value for the money and we will absolutely visit again!!

Our home away from home in South Florida. Have been staying here a number of years now and it is always a pleasure. Great location, friendly family run business with excellent staff.

Wonderful experience! Incredible find! Clean rooms, kind people, close to beach, with many small touches in the room, and unique resources available to guests. We loved using the kayaks that they brought to the beach for us (free!). We used the bikes multiple times to explore the neighborhood, and appreciated the locks. We loved the easy parking by the room and the golf cart that the team used to taxi us around town. The details in the room made such a great impression we decided to extend our stay within the first 5 minutes of being there. Thank you for a great weekend.

We stumbled upon BVR by accident - our other hotel fell through last minute - and WOW are we thankful for that. BVR is second to none.. From the rooms, the view, the team members and all the little things they think of and have prepared for you. I have never felt more at home in a resort before. We will ONLY be booking here from now on!
