I LOVE the ladies at Elevated Pelvic Health so much!
I had a lot of sciatic pain when I was pregnant and Jordan was absolutely amazing to work with! Not only did she help address my pregnancy discomfort but she was also genuinely concerned about my health as a whole and communicated any concerns to myself and my OB when needed.
My teen daughter has had some pelvic concerns as she has been growing and Lee has gone above and beyond not only helping to try to find solutions but she also talks directly to my daughter in respectful ways that she understands and can advocate for herself rather than just talking directly to me as her parent. Lee also comes up with plans and ideas with my daughter and makes sure that they are realistic and holds my daughter accountable while also giving grace.
I also greatly appreciate Bobbi for working with me on my chaotic schedule and also dealing with my pregnancy and postpartum brain! Her patience and kindness have not gone unnoticed and I hope she knows what a blessing she is!
I have recommended Elevated Pelvic Health to multiple people and will continue to do so!

The ladies here will make you pee your pants from laughing so hard…and then teach you the steps to stop peeing your pants when you laugh (or cough or jump). They are compassionate & fun like friends but skilled enough to fix your embarrassing body problems. Can’t recommend them enough.

My 8 year old daughter was referred to Elevated Pelvic Health by her urologist. Lee was amazing at explaining everything to us every visit and helped my daughter out tremendously! All the lady's at the office were so sweet and welcoming!! Highly recommend!!

I started going to Lee when I asked my chiropractor about them. I had been having pelvic and back problems where the right side of my leg would have shooting nerve pain after having my baby. My first visit with Lee she sat down with me and explained my situation very well for me to understand and it was all making sense. I recommend Elevated Pelvic Health to anyone who is having issues. I have had fantastic care there and my experience each visit gets better and better!!

Not gonna lie, I felt a little weird going here. But I needed the help so I reluctantly did. I am SO glad I did! It really helped me a lot. And it wasn't anything weird. Just learning how to do kegels correctly and effectively and some workouts. I am thankful!

Jordan curated specific exercises and stretches to help strengthen my muscles and listened to my aches and pains to reevaluate at each visit. Highly recommend Pelvic Health!

One of the best PT clinics in the state. Specialized care catered to a lesser discussed need. I am so grateful that Jordan and Lee are here for our community and are normalizing pelvic care. They thought of everything when they started their clinic, from the care they provide, to the vibe and decor. Elevated is most definitely a place of peace, healing, and strength!!

I can't speak highly enough of this business and the women who run it. Walking in, it is beautiful and welcoming and clean. The physicians do an excellent job of making you feel comfortable, listening to your concerns, and addressing them in a holistic manner with great explanations. I truly believe every postpartum mama should be given the care and support that these awesome women provide! Thanks a million for changing the way women look at and care for their bodies!

I received amazing care from Dr. Lee Sowada, DPT! I went in to talk with her about painful periods as a last resort, and she filled me with a lot of great information on managing pain, books to read, apps to download, information on supplements to try, considerations on what I eat, and more; and then gave me hope. Hope that then led to relief. I wish I would have scheduled with her, or Dr. Jordan Malkowski, PT, DPT, sooner. These ladies are a wealth of knowledge. I'm so grateful to have them in Gillette.

This place and the people are amazing.. so helpful and care about your well being and they teach you so much not only to help yourself but about your body and how it works and they make you aware of things and they graciously want to help you achieve your health goals... very friendly very professional and informative... i highly recommend...
