I experienced a bad fall in the spring which resulted in a severely broken wrist. Dr. Jones handled me with finesse after the fall and Brittany, the therapist, has really been an expert in her field and has gone above and beyond to accommodate me with exercises and materials (some at her cost). There is healing that still needs to happen, but having this team of professionals work with me has been fabulous.

I have been going to OrthoVirginia for many months now and I have yet to conjure a single negative thing to say about them. They have cracked the code on providing exceptional medical care and physical therapy. In the physicians' office, Dr. Mahoney treated me as if I was a professional athlete and helped me recover quickly so that I could return to playing my sport. In the PT office, Buck is a miracle worker. He somehow manages to make PT fun yet effective. With his extensive knowledge of biomechanics, he has not only sped up my recovery, but also strengthened the muscles relevant to preventing future injuries. I could not recommend him more!

My knee had been hurting for a month. When I called them they worked me in within a few days. Everyone there was great!! Really fast check in (I was a new patient) and got called back within just a few minutes of my arrival. Dr. Eastwood was great! He went over my options and gave me a good starting point. My knee feels much better just 24 hours later. I highly recommend him and his team.

Doctor Eastwood is terrific!! Takes his time to explain in full detail your options and what is best for you. Performed my right ACL surgery and did outstanding. Great facility and treated the best!! 10/10 awesome individual with a great personality!

Dr. Eastwood is a great doctor! He’s provided me with great care on two knee surgeries. He takes time to talk to you, answer any questions/concerns you might have. I highly recommend Dr. Eastwood and staff!

This place is amazing. I recently had corrective surgery for a collar bone break that never healed properly. From scheduling the first visit to now (post-op physical therapy), I have had an absolutely wonderful experience. The physician and staff are attentive, friendly, clear, and competent.
Regarding the physical therapy, I feel like they maintain the perfect balance between exercising functional movements and working to increase range-of-motion and weight-bearing exercises. I seriously feel a little better every day doing the prescribed exercises. They're also super nice and obviously know what they're doing.
I've had a few curveballs thrown my way and I've had to change up my schedule a bit, and they have been SO easy to work with (luckily, I've done my part in this and let them know as soon as these changes occurred so nothing has had to be changed last-minute).
I highly, highly recommend OrthoVirginia.

Both my wife and I have used OrthoVirginia for our orthopedic issues. This has included shoulder, hip and knee surgeries as well as physical therapy. Dr. Eastwood is a great surgeon, particularly for those of us that are athletes. His work lets us return to our sports and exercise programs quickly and with the ability to continue to perform.
I have also been very pleased with the work of Steven “Buck” Boswell, the physical therapist. He has helped me to work through a knee replacement and now a spine/hip issue so I can continue to be active.
Definitely the practice of choice if you want to get better and stay active.

Excellent experience. My Granddaughter broke her arm and DR.JONES took such good care of her to ensure that she healed properly and had a brace to be able to continue with her physical education classes in school. Really good with children. A calming influence!

Dr Eastwood is the best. He has done surgery on my right knee and going to do surgery surgery on my left knee soon. He and Ortho Va Physical Therapy have taken great care of me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with my visit at Dr. BART Eastwoods office. I was first seen by Maggie Miller (Nurse Practioner). She was very informative, friendly and helpful and a good listener. Dr. Bart Eastwood was very kind and friendly and did not sugar coat anything. He told me the condition of my hip and gave me options. He left things in my court to ponder. I will definitely get my hip replaced at some point soon while I'm still in excellent health rather than wait till I'm older than I am now. 😆 Thank you all for all the services you provided for me. My husband Michael Betz was very impressed with Dr. EASTWOOD too!

Dr. Eastwood is a highly skilled and effective surgeon. I am thoroughly pleased with the total knee replacement he did for me. I was home by 3 pm the day of surgery & doing PT less than 24 hours after surgery. Pain was less than I expected, healing & mobility was faster than I expected. Dr. Eastwood explained everything with precision & care.

Dr. Eastwood is an Awesome Orthopedic Doctor!! He did a Total Knee Replacement for me in August. I couldn’t have asked for better results. I highly recommend him for all your orthopedic needs.

Dr. Eastwood is amazing. He listens to everything I have to say, gives me all the options, and works with me in the decisions made. I spent months with another orthopedist and was ignored and told to just wait it out. Dr. Eastwood gave me real options and did an excellent job on the procedure. Wish I would have seen him first!!

Had a great experience with Dr. Eastwood! He was thorough and presented a plan of treatment that was clear and straightforward. He was kind, and listened well. The office staff was excellent. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!!

Outstanding patient care. Arrived early, was taken in within 10 minutes. No waiting once in patient area. Moved through Exam and treatment very rapidly, yet very thoroughly. Highly Recommend!
