This is the second time we used Espin Realty to help us with a move to a new house. And yet again Gary did an amazing job both selling our old home and helping us find our new home. The pictures and video set the stage on our old home for a quick sell. At a moments notice Gary was available to look at homes as we searched for the perfect one. Any time we had a question he was quick to answer. If we move again he'll be the first we contact.

Worked with Gary on both selling and purchasing, he is very knowledgeable and responsive. We struggled to find the perfect home to purchase and he was patient with us coming up with so many options for us. We are so please with the home we purchased and would have never found it without Gary’s help. He also was very helpful and understanding when we needed an option for our dogs while our home showed to potential buyers, with two dogs it was hard to leave work and get them out of the house, he had the amazing idea of posting a photo of our laundry room on the door so the dogs could be kept in there and out of the way for showing, made it so much less stressful for us and we had so many compliments on the idea from people walking through. We have already recommended Espin Realty to many others and will always use them ourselves.

My experience with Espin realty has been stellar. Trust is key when someone is managing a rental property for you. Both Gary and Justina have portrayed excellent character that can be counted on. I bought my rental in 2010 during the real estate bubble and Gary was the seller's agent. Though I paid very little for it, and that meant Gary's fee was low, he still treated as if I was buying a million dollar property.
