What an amazing place!!! This was my first experience with Mobility Works on Powerline in FTL. Every single person was friendly and helpful. The Service Manager, Neil, was incredible...he made me genuinely feel like I made a new friend. I tried other Mobility Works that were closer to my home, but wasn't thrilled. I don't care how far from my house they are, I would NOT go any place else. It was a wonderful experience and I felt appreciated as a customer and I totally trust them! I highly, highly recommend this place...you won't be sorry. I own my own business and I don't write exemplary reviews very often!

We have had great relationship with Reggie and all of the mobility works team. We started renting vans from them, and when the time was right they made the whole purchasing process as easy as it could possibly be. The knowledge they possess is invaluable, and they educated us all throughout the process. If you are in need of an accessible means of transportation, these folks will bend over backwards to see that your needs get met. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our service needs. Reggie Clark from Mobility Works in Ft Lauderdale is amazing. I worked with him for a while trying to get everything situated. He is patient, nice and kept me in the loop with all the steps. Such a great guy. Amazing experience.

Margaret was a joy to work with and showed such great customer service to my husband and I. We've been working with Margaret for a few weeks on making sure the van rental was secure and ready to go since we would be flying from out of state but last Wednesday, we saw that Ft. Lauderdale had flooded, including the airport and Margaret had called and checked us days before we were to fly out, on the morning of our flight, we were minutes away from the airport about to park and we found out our flight was cancelled and Margaret called just after we'd found out to see how we were, we told her about our flight being cancelled and she made a call to the Miami MW location and they had only one van left for us to rent and made sure we were able to still get it. Talk about timing!!! Margaret made us feel at ease as this was the first time we've had to travel this way since my husband has been in a power wheelchair. Thank you so much Margaret for being so gracious and going above and beyond.

We purchased a Honda Odyssey van from Mobility Works almost 6 years ago. We used to take it to the Honda dealership for service. We didn’t like their service so started getting service at Mobility Works. The service department is great. We get great service at a reasonable price. The mechanic always does a great job and Neal goes well beyond the call of duty for his clients. But more importantly they make us feel like family. I would highly recommend them. My name is Michael Darling and I can’t say enough about this group.

This place is amazing! Margaret is a life saver. I rent vans for my husband who has ALS. I rarely have issues with availability. The vans are always in great working condition, and always clean. Margaret is the best, she is always so pleasant and professional. Thank you for making life a little easier.

I can't even begin to praise this location. I have had an issue for very very long time. As great as MW in another state was, nobody could figure out the issue. Neil is just superb as the service manager. Rob, the technician ,worked and worked until he got it. Yes, I will be taking my van there as long as I am in Florida. :) And if I ever decide to purchase another van, you can be sure it will be from this location

I work for a transportation company, we just purchased 4 vehicles from Mobilityworks, I wanted to say thank you to the team they have working, I have never encountered especially (in now days) such customer service, without a doubt, the best customer service!. Due to the work, we perform we can not have our driver's spot transporting patients to go and pick up the tags, and thanks to Ms. Margaret Fullwood, she went picked up the tag from the DNV and took it directly to our drivers. Since day one this amazing team has tried to make all of the transactions easier for us. Thank you once again for all your help, Margaret.

I called MobilityWorks on Tuesday afternoon advising my handicap lift was not getting power or signal in my transport van. Less than 15 min later, Neil called me and we discussed the issue. He said he was a couple weeks out with work, but to bring it in anyway at 9am the next day. On Wednesday, I was welcomed by a pleasant receptionist, followed by a very high energy and smiling Neil. After some very complementary conversation about each others background, we talked a bit more about the problem. He promptly took the keys and said we WILL solve your problem, no worries, have a seat in our air conditioned waiting room, grab a cold water or soda, and we will get right in it! I don’t think it’d been 20 minutes, Neil arrived again, brought me to the vehicle, problem solved!! I was able to speak with the tech, Ed, as well. Ed walked me through exactly what he did, what the problem was, and even went into other areas to look such as location of electrical breakers, etc. Very informative and friendly, and took the time to listen and respond to all my questions. I’m a pilot, with an engineering background, and we always have questions! Both Neil and Ed did me right!!
These guys go far beyond the call of duty, and way out of their way to both make you feel welcome, and take care of you and your issue. I have no question about their dedication and experience, and recommend them completely. 10 stars from me! You will definitely have a good experience here. They set an example for other businesses, and others should take note and follow their lead. We need more businesses and people like this! It restores faith in humanity haha. By the way, if you are having a bad day, stop in and say hello…your day will become better!!

Margaret was such a big help this past weekend. We were flying out to FFL when our flight was canceled and we were rerouted to Miami. She worked out something with the mobilityworks in Miami and had a van delivered ready for pickup. Thank you Margaret.

MobilityWorks did a phenomenal job. We were visiting from out of town when our handicap van broke down, leaving us stranded. Neil, the service manager, couldn't have nicer. Good communication, and compassion as well as efficiency. Most places will not even work on our vehicle, which is no longer made, but he was willing to try. The technicians figured out the complex ramp situation and repaired it, requiring removal of the van floor to extract the ramp. In fact, now I think it works more smoothly than when we first bought it used. We are so grateful!!
