Rafael was excellent in helping us finding a place. My husband and I were coming from out of state and really crunched for time. He previewed a list of apartments that we were interested in, sending videos and detailed reviews of each. This really helped us narrow down our search and focus our attention to the places we really liked. He was able to schedule all the viewings on one day when we were in town and that very same day we were able to close on an apartment!! When it came to the paperwork he was very organized and fast which allowed us to leave feeling secure that we had a place to come back to with our daughter. Throughout the entire process he was completely trustworthy. He kept us informed and checked in often as well exhibited a high level of professionalism when it came to filling/giving out more sensitive information.
