Newberry Park

We call this Sr. Field. It's home field for the Acworth Warriors 13U and older baseball teams. The field is kept up really well and you'll appreciate that the stands are covered and you're protected from the blazing heat and occasional rain showers. Just don't wear your "good " shorts or pants because the seats are very dusty/dirty. Also be careful where you park because balls often come over the gate around the third base line.
Update: they now have concessions. Cash only.

Good family place, picnics, walking, jogging, peacefulness.

Nice ball park. Small but I love their covered extra wide bleachers! You can put your fold up chairs or stadium seats or sit right on the bleacher. Great!

Great for baseball, but the pitchers mound and dirt around homeplate needs replaced and more dirt for holes. Consessions are not always open and if they are they close before the next game starts. Not a good selection, no hot food is made there they bring it down from the other fields.

Park bleachers are great, but errant balls hit cars, and people.
