Fletcher's

Buffalo Sirloin is wonderfully tender, I paired it with the candied carrots, which was excellent.

The blackened salmon salad is also very good and quite a generous size. With very fresh tomatoes and lettuce.

The modern wedge was very good and served with the right amount of dressing.

I had a Fletch, which comes with a take-home glass.

The mules are good as well, the bartender appreciates the customers.

Superb the cognac sauce. The wedge salad is delicious. The mussels are mouth watering. Octopus is very good. Meat cuts are great (try the cognac sauce… you will be in ecstasy) the crème brûlée is very well done. I didn’t love the butter bread dessert so much…
The service was very warm and welcoming and very good attention. Restaurants atmosphere is very nice and nice decoration, it has a special natural illumination as the windows are big and let you see the street. Price is ok and normal for the average Main Street restaurant.

Our waiter Josh was so friendly and gave great recommendations! The star of the show was the peanut crusted salmon, and the warm butter cake. Don’t get the fries.

The service by Isabel was impeccable. She made excellent recommendations & friendly conversation. The beef Wellington was out of this world! Biscuits & bacon jam were 😋

This place is unparalleled! Best friend and I come here every year on our birthday and we refuse going anywhere else. Every menu item is flavorful! The staff is attentive with drinks, plate removal, delivery and any other needs you have. We had the biscuits, poutine, shishito peppers as appetizers,steaks, short ribs, brussel sprouts, and carpaccio for entree and they brought us Butter cake for dessert. If you order any or all of these items.... You'll go home smiling. It's one of the best eats in Utah! This was probably the 5th or 6th year we've been and we'll be back for many years to come!

An exceptional dining experience. My wife decided to try the short ribs, while I opted for the New York strip steak. Our server, Josh, was simply fantastic.

From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we felt welcomed. The ambiance was cozy and elegant, perfect for a romantic dinner. Our server, Josh, greeted us with a warm smile and provided impeccable service throughout the evening. He was attentive to all our needs and ensured we had a memorable experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. My wife's short ribs were incredibly tender and juicy. The glaze was delightfully flavorful and melted in the mouth. My New York strip steak was perfectly cooked to the temperature I requested and had an exceptional taste. The cuts of meat were of high quality, and you could taste the dedication in their preparation.

In addition to the excellent food and impeccable service, I must also mention Fletcher's extensive wine list. They have an impressive selection that perfectly complements each dish.

In summary, Fletcher's is a restaurant that should not be overlooked in Park City, Utah. From the exquisite food to the exceptional service provided by Josh, every aspect of our experience was simply outstanding. Without a doubt, we will be returning on our next trip to Park City.

Everyone was so kind and we were offered great recommendations and the menu was thoroughly explained.
Food was beyond excellent. The flavors of each dish I tried were amazing and unique. Each cut of meat and fish was well prepared and was freshly sourced.
I highly highly recommend trying this place out if you have a chance. Great location as well, right in the heart of Park City Main Street

Great service and atmosphere indoors or on patio. Food was excellent from apps to entrees to dessert. Trout, salmon, grouper and short ribs were all excellent and great presentation. Nice small bar too.

Nice meal. Not cheap and portions are not generous at that price, without any bread or amuse bouche, but the heirloom tomato salad was good and the 4 ounces steak delicious. Wine prices even more bonkers.

Had the absolute best time here. Honey, our server, was so attentive and had the best recommendations. The tomato salad was so incredibly fresh and the short rib worth returning for. Can’t wait to go back again!

Every one of our party of 4 enjoyed their food, especially a dedicated vegetarian. They offer small plates at $15 and full entrees at $20 to $45. Also unique, but pricey, cocktails and wine. A good place to celebrate when appetites are varied.

The service and food here are fantastic. I ordered the mountain trout gluten-free and every bite was amazing. The tuna tower is very fresh as well. Other members in my group ordered the salmon, which also looked great, and short ribs. We'll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu, especially since they have gluten-free options.

Wow! Fletcher's was one of the better Park City establishments that our large group of ten visited. Extremely fast and knowledgeable service even while the restaurant was filled to capacity. The food was somehow better than the service, amazing sides, tasty desserts, and the entrees were excellent! Fletcher's may have had the best and largest beef short rib that I have ever had; amazingly tender and flavorful. Our group will absolutely be back to this Park City staple.

I was told to go to Fletcher’s by multiple people during my ski trip in Park City with friends. It didn’t disappoint! The downstairs lounge and drinks were so memorable for us. And the bison sirloin was incredible!

Excellent choice to have dinner or lunch. I will warn you though, if you have a later reservation, they will try to get you out quickly. PC shuts down early in general and even though they have great service and food, they do move you along. Just an fyi.

Amazing food, the greatest waitress -Josh - ever. We had a fabulous evening at the underground bar-restaurant. The food was phenomenal.

We were very pleased with our visit to Fletcher's. Service was swift and attentive from the start, seated on time and immediately engaged by our server. Out waiter recommended the short rib grilled cheese,a melt-in-your-mouth affair, the meat so tender, offset with the perfect amount of arugula(as someone who is not a big arugula fan). Great NY Strip and ashi tuna stack with pure raw tuna. Reservations strongly recommended.

Fabulous place! Great food, great ambience, great food! Read some reviews that it was too loud but it was perfect! They recently installed some acoustic deadening and it was just fine! The waitress, Honey, was great at meeting our food restrictions and recommending alternatives. The cocktails were on point! Would absolutely recommend! I’ll be back next year!
