This was my first time using John the Plumber. What an amazing team of professionals, from Renee who answered the phone & answered all my questions, to Jody who kept me updated as to when Adam would be arriving to my home.

Mike came this morning to our home to have our leaky toilets and an outdoor faucet repaired. He was super friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. He was upfront and honest when it came to cost of the repairs. As it turned out, the faucet outdoors did not need repairs, just a strong arm. I know there are others in the industry that would have taken advantage of this, as it has happened to me in the past. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity in the work he does. Additionally, He was thorough and knowledgeable in his work. Also, when I called to schedule the appointment, the dispatch/operator was extremely friendly and professional. I do not recall her name, but she gets kudos too. I would highly recommend Mike from John the plumber FL.

Had a clogged kitchen sink John the plumber came out the same day. Will the technician showed up explained pricing and his plan. He was great with a great sense of humor had me up on running water is less than 30 minutes. Great job and super friendly company highly recommend.

I called up John the Plumber because I had a leak with one of my toilets. Joe came by within the hour and got everything totally fixed really quick. Excellent service. Totally recommend using them.

I used John the Plumber to change the main water valve and fixe a number of other plumbing issues with a new condo we just purchased. They have an amazing team from the receptionist over the phone, the technician who came to give us a quote and Team Adam who did all the work, on time and on budget. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone needing an amazing plumbing company.

I am please with the service. The office always answers the phone, is friendly, does a good job at scheduling, answers questions and everyone shows up on time. From my experience, the office is very well managed. The field techs themselves were very polite, professional, and quick. The office was quick to send receipts, file permits, whatever was needed. In FL it is very hard to find good service anywhere, for anything, but I am happy to have found a good quality plumbing service here. I have used John the Plumber in 2022 and 2024, no complaints. I do recommend and will use again. They are a well oiled machine. Keep up the good work!

Great experience with this company ... they have a customer for life thanks to Will and Jody. Will came out to service my home and Jody was the customer service contact. Both were extremely kind and made good use of my time. The clog was fixed (tree roots). I've been using another company for 25+ years - they always had to come out 2-3 times due to lack of attention to detail - Will was not this way. He was very attentive and made sure the issue was resolved. I truly was nervous to try a new company but I'm so glad I did with John the Plumber. Thank you Will. Thank you Jody.

My experience with John the Plumber was excellent. Renee was very professional when I called and scheduled the work as well as with her follow-up. The technician, Will, that came out was terrific. He was personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. He walked me through my options in addition to some of the value added services provided by John the Plumber. He solved my problem quickly and was also more than happy to validate that I was pretty darn close to solving it on my own before calling in the pros. I would absolutely call John the Plumber again based on this experience.

We have used John the Plumber several times and had great service with them. Lynn, the plumber on site, was great with communicating to us and explaining everything clearly. I would recommend.

Such an incredible company!!! Darrin and Kyle (and a couple others who I didn’t get their names 😞 ) were phenomenal. They were on time daily, kind, honest, respectful and just good guys! Fair pricing and a great service. The guys worked as a team. They were hilarious too. My dad uses them, and I definitely will now too!

Jason and Mike showed up promptly and immediately assessed the situation to carefully remove a broken shower valve from behind a marble tiled shower wall. A new part was ordered and with minimal delay the new shower diverter valve was installed, which minimized the inconvenience in using the master bath.
I would recommend Jason and Mike. Also, a shout out to the office staff at JTP who were courteous and diligent in following up on the results of this service call.

I just had another outstanding experience working with John the Plumber. This started with my initial request for service. Joannie, who I spoke to was so pleasant and worked closely (and patiently) while trying to set up a time and day that worked for me and quickly changed that date when I called back a day later. I received a call the day of the appointment to let me know exactly when to expect the technician. When Lin and River arrived, our elevator was broken and the had to walk up 5 flights to assess the issue ( I’d offered to reschedule). They quickly assessed the problem and after making another trip down to the truck they brought up the needed part along with a very heavy container of tools. I received a written proposal and was also shown the repair along with a clear explanation. This is not the first time I’ve used this company and it definitely will not be the last.

I called John the Plumber for a variety of plumbing issues. Adam was the technician they sent me, and he was a very nice ,efficient, knowledgeable gentleman. He made a very stressful time much easier to deal with. Highly recommend the company and thk you.

Jake was very personable and accommodating. He had the parts delivered to my house to enable him to complete the job today. I have used them for several jobs in my neighborhood and would highly recommend.
