SIXT Rent a Car

Had a reservation with Dollar. They said if I waited an hour in the line it would be another hour until car was ready.

Sixth was next door. Walked up. 10 .minute later in a car, with a 4 star babycar seat. 🤦🏾‍♂🥰

Will never use Dollar or Enterprise again.

Man I had the best experience with this guy named Kevin, tall, African American gentlemen. He has A1 service. God has blessed this man. He was very attentive to my needs and helped me while I felt like I wasn't getting my needs met. Go to Kevin!!! Yahshua is King

Customer service is exceptional. Anytime there was an issue it was handled promptly and in a way that far exceeded my expectations. At 10pm nye, my rental broke down and they had a new one flatbedded to my residence before midnight. There prices always competitive, but the value of their customer service is absolutely priceless and I haven’t seen accompany even come close and that’s not just in comparison to rentals, but in comparison to customer service Any company

From start to finish, Sixt is the best option for renting a car. Besides excellent Customer Service, they have the best cars available for rent. For about $350/week, which option would you prefer, a Chevy Impala, or a BMW 3 series? For our special trip, we spent a little more money and got the BMW 4 series convertible. It was the perfect addition to our trip. Love getting compliments on the car whenever we stop anywhere.

My rental experience was great. The wait time was short, the process was seamless, and there were no hidden costs. I will definitely rent from here again.

Everything was very easy. Clean car and office. Friendly staff. Very smooth and best price around. This will be my go to car rental when going to fla. Son us attending college there. Don't have a bad word to say about them. Only downside is not at airport but we knew that going into it, a quick shuttle ride, or we hopped in a cab. The money you save is worth a $15 cab ride and the 5 minute drive. 5star!

This was my first time using Sixt rental and it was a pleasant experience. When I arrived Karen was very polite and helpful. I reserved a car however there weren’t any available but the staff worked diligently to provide a car for my trip. Kevin was excellent. He was very professional and saw the process all the way through using his resources and knowledge to effectively deliver quality customer service. I will definitely be returning in the future because both Kevin and Karen displayed a sense of care and concern and that’s rare for people in today’s society.

I had a perfect rental car experience. I booked online, picked up exactly what I wanted. The staff was nice and I also interacted with the car cleaner guy who was pretty cool too. My car was perfect. The return was easy and smooth. I probably will rent with them again if I am in FLL.

Mariah was awesome! When we got there, they did not have the car that we had requested over 3 months ago. She was putting us in another car that was not exactly what we wanted but close and then when the car that we wanted rolled in right before we left, she spent the time to get us back in to the car we had originally requested and kept it at a partially discounted rate for our inconvenience and loss of time.

I reserved a basic car through expedia and upon arrival, they told me they have had issues with expedia. The car I reserved was not available at the moment, as expedia confirmed my reservation without verifying through sixt that they would have what I need. They had upgrades for more money that I didnt quite have to spend. I prepared myself to get an Uber and work on a plan b as I was visiting from CT. The gentlemen who assisted me were both very kind and helpful. They upgraded my reservation at no charge to provide me a vehicle while on vacation. It was an easy process despite the personal hassle with expedia.

Nice staff, clean cars, big selection, and a great location. Drop off was fast and easy, David was very helpful. We're locals and we would definitely rent with them again. It would be helpful to have a kiosk but that was my only minor complaint.

Best car rental experience I’ve ever had. So simple and easy. Was very helpful with changing drop-off location and upgraded the car to level up.

Excellent service, quick in and out (car was already prepaid). Lobby is modern style, not many seats inside for waiting. Vehicles are easy to find as they are clearly labeled where they are parked. Return was breeze, drive through and drop off. They have good selections on luxury vehicles. Recommend.

We had absolutely no issues with this car hire location.. we were picked up from the cruise terminal within 10 minutes and taken straight to the office.. we went right to the desk and were in our lovely car within 20 minutes. She did manage to sell us an upgrade (yes we are gullible) but it was worth it because the car was amazing.
Great friendly staff and lovely clean car.
Drop off at Orlando airport branch was quick and easy afterwards too.

Wife and I wanted to do a road trip and decided to rent a car for this. but not just any car, we wanted a convertible. after shopping around, Sixt had the best price for the time we need. Booked it online around a month before the trip. I was worried that they wont have the car available since i had similar issue in the past with other companies and guess what? we arrived and the car was parked in the front waiting for me :-). the location was very friendly, the whole process took around 15 mins in and out. she explain the contract and no pressure on selling us anything. the car was good, some small problem that i reported but not a deal breaker. Only problem which i did find out after was they do have a Geo limitation, unlimited miles is only in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Going outside will cost you a fee and no coverage in case of any issues. beside that, it was a good experience.

This was my first time and it was a very nice experience the associate was nice can't remember her name......
