They did great work fixing my new car. It was such a easy process and hassle free experience. From getting the quote to dropping it off and finally getting it back. Really happy with them and how they did.

From the beginning, Collision Specialists were friendly and very helpful. My car was sideswiped during the middle of the night and they made it look brand new. I also had some primer exposed on the rear bumper, still not sure where that came from, and they worked with the money I had to make that spot look ten times better. They are a great place to do business and very fast with their work. They even dropped my car off at my place of business because I work during their hours of operation. All around a great place to have your vehicle repaired at.

Three months after purchasing my brand new car, I had someone pull out in front of me and I damaged my front bumper. Needless to say this was very upsetting to me with it being a brand new car. Greg at Collision Specialists was awesome to work with. This was my first car accident in my life and he helped me through the entire process and made it very easy for me to get my car fixed. He came to my place of employment to get the estimate on the car damage, set up my loaner car, and kept me informed of everything going on. He worked around my schedule and had my car fixed within a few days of it going into the shop. I am also very pleased with the work on my car and was surprised that the shop followed up with me a few days after getting my car back to make sure everything was okay with my car. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at Collision Specialists!

After hitting a deer with my wife's car about 12 hours after we bought it, I took it to Collision Specialists. Understanding that this was a stressful situation, Greg and his staff made sure that I understood every step of the repair and claim process. Greg worked with my insurance agent to make sure that my claim and repair process started immediately. I had my car repaired and looking better than when I bought it within a reasonable time frame. After I got my car back, Greg followed up with me to make sure everything was repaired to my liking. Although I hope to not hit anymore deer, I suggest taking all your repair needs to Greg and his great staff.

A few weeks ago I hit a coyote with my car in the middle of the night on a Saturday night. After realizing that I had done something to my radiator and my car was over heating I was left to leave my car on the side of the road! (which at age 24 I have NEVER had to do) I then had to have my car towed. I had my car towed to Collision and after talking with one of the employees there they actually got me a rental from them on Sunday afternoon! (which was amazing seeming as I needed a car to get to work Monday morning) Once my car was there Greg Slack as well as Jennifer Klaas helped me with ALL my questions, and believe me there were a lot! I would recommend Collision Specialist to anyone! They did a great job on my car got it back to me within 5 days and just made EVERYTHING about the process SOOOO easy! (Especially when it was my first time dealing with something like this!)If you need your car fixed and you want a good job done and helpful people in the office take it here! I don't have one bad thing to say about this place!

My vehicle was hit with a deer. Collision Specialists took it and washed it before they did their estimate. They found more spots damaged than another auto body shop who just looked it over. They repaired the vehicle and did a really nice job. I would recommend Collision Specialist to anyone and they had a really cool loaner car.

This was, hands down, one of the most pleasant experiences I had getting my car repaired. I was given a loaner (that I dumbly locked myself out of) and a friend of Bill's brought the spare out to me at home. When my car was ready for pick up, it was washed (inside and out), vacuumed and spiffed up for me. It really made me wonder why I ever went anywhere else. #customerservice.

Everyone at Collision Specialists in Livingston were very helpful. They got me in right away even though I work in Madison and it's hard for me to have time to get to Livingston. They also did a wonderful job keeping me updated with everything. I was extremely happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

Needed Jeff's assistance when I was out with the company car one day...being stranded on the road out of town is never easy, but Jeff's friendly manner and confident intelligence quickly put me at ease. How many towing companies show up with a care package containing cookies? He is an amazing small business owner sincerely concerned with helping others! His business card is in the company card glove box for future reference.

Although it was after 5 pm on a Saturday, Jeff came to our rescue to jump my mother's car's battery. She lives in Fennimore but we were visiting from Santa Fe and had no idea of where to go to get the help she needed. He was quick to respond and was very friendly and offered helpful advice so she can avoid having this happen to her again. It helps give me comfort knowing that someone like Jeff is available to help my mother if she needs help like this again.

All I can say is TOTAL LIFESAVER!!! Got our key stolen on our can Can Am Spyder and he was able to help us access the front trunk to get our spare without breaking the fiberglass! Can't say enough good things about this guy! Jeff is an honest, helpful, true gentleman!!!

They were awesome. Can't say enough good things about them. They got my car back to me in a short amount of time. Very professional. They work they do is great! I would recommend everyone to go to them.

Very Professional, nice, understanding, intelligent, caring, kind, sincere men at desk and in body shop. I'm positive they will do an awesome job fixing my '13 F150. It was sideswiped in a hit-n-run.

I would recommend Collision Specialist to anyone unfortunate to have damage done to their vehicle. Fast, friendly and my car came out looking like it just rolled off the Factory line. They treated my car like it was their own. Fantastic!!

These guys are Amazing! They went above and beyond on my vehicle repairs. I felt like they treated me like family and they took the worry out of collision repair.
