This place saved our lives. My husband and I were scrambling because we had literally just walked out of our previous cat boarding arrangements because the lady was nasty to us.

We called Jean's Cats Only Kennel and talked to Connie, who is Jean's daughter. This place is a mom and daughter run operation with a cattery directly attached to their house - meaning there is someone there 24/7.

Not only were they extremely accommodating to our frenzied and last minute drop in, the second we met Connie, we knew that our cat would be well taken care of. You could tell that she was a very sweet, cat-loving person.

She was able to take him an hour after we called and had his kennel set up and ready. She was also able to work around our flight schedule on Sunday and accommodated our pick up time request. Believe it or not, this was one of the most difficult things to set up when we were calling around because it was a Sunday and it was Mother's Day. Many other boarding places were giving us a 1 hour window to pick up that did not work with our flight schedule - we did not want him in the carrier longer than he needed to be.

She also did a great job at texting us daily updates on how he was doing and sent us pictures of our cat! We are so grateful we found her and want to emphasize how great she was with us and with our cat.

They sent me this photo of my cat while I was away. ❤ Jean and her daughter, Connie, really understand cats and my cat loves them. We’ve had them watch Missy, pictured, for about three years now. Missy hated being boarded at other places where they also had dogs. She wouldn’t eat for many days when there were dogs in the same facility. At Jean’s Cats Only Hotel, Missy ate the first day she was there.

Connie has always been very accommodating when we were short of time looking for a kennel. She is easy to get a hold of and that is a huge plus! I highly recommend her services. Repeat customer here.

We boarded out two Ragdolls with Jean last year but I forgot to post a review. Jean was very attentive and took exceptional care of them; the cats had a wonderful time. I recommend Jean 100%.

Got my Bengal from Jean 15 years ago, she and I talked over that time span when ever I needed feed back on any issue_ also boarded him at her cattery from time to time. Always an awesome experience ,very caring and professional! Tom Cherney
