I’ve been doing business with Route One for years now. This is my second unit I have bought from them and that is for a reason they have always taken care of me extremely well from the purchase of the vehicle and working with me on price all the way to service and repairs, my salesman was Charles. Leedy went right back to him for my next unit always a pleasure working with him. I brought my new four wheeler in for some upgrades. And we ran into a bit of an issue with the transmission, Mike Fletcher the service advisor has always taken great care of me for all my service and repairs, extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. They had my transmission repaired replaced the next day Arsenio was my technician spoke with him in depth about the work we were doing and he did an amazing job. Had the bike ready to go the next day. It was a big job to complete, and he did not hesitate to get started that day. I greatly appreciate Route One and I will always continue to do business here!

Route1 was awesome from the beginning, starting with the first phone call to inquire about product. The whole team was great. Our sales pro Robert took care of us and went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special all while dealing with tight timelines to make it happen. He quarterbacked everyone to make sure I was a Happy Customer. Brittney was so helpful and Glenn made the paper quick and easy. True professionals. These guys are the best. I’ve used route 1 so many times. 2015 outlander 800 XMR. 2016 outlander 570 XMR. 2018 Ranger 1000 EPS duel overhead cam. 2020 Defender HD10 XMR. 2023 super73 adventure R. 2023 super73 RX Malibu RSD. Every time I come in I’m never pressured into buying anything. They genuinely want you happy when you leave. Shout out to Christian, Bradley and Tim for always taking care of me with parts, sales and service. I’ll be seeing y’all again in the future.

Route one motorsports is a really good bike shop. They have everything you need from accessories to watercraft off-road vehicles ATVs, but not only that their service department went above and beyond to work on my dirtbike. It’s an older dirtbike and Mike the service advisor was really helpful in so many ways I definitely recommend if you go there talk to Mike he will definitely help you out with whatever you need he will go above and beyond to get things done they really have good stuff there too. Their prices are very reasonable and they’re very fast at what they do. They’re very quick and precise. Definitely will recommend to family and friends again ask for Mike in service he will take care of you.

I felt it necessary to post a review about the excellent customer service I have received from Route 1 Motorsports, being as it is amongst the best customer service I have ever had at a dealer! I stopped by the service department to inquire if my 2008 Yamaha boat was a something they would be able to work on. I was greeted warmly by a Salesman and escorted back to the service department and introduced to Mike. Mike explained the process to me in great detail, being very transparent about what exact work would be done and the costs associated. Due to the age of the boat, some parts were not readily available.
Ever since bringing the boat in to the shop, Mike made sure to keep me updated on the status of the boat's diagnosis and repairs, as well as the parts that were on order. Mike would call me routinely with these updates, without any prompting by me. This shows the true care and concern for customer service, and as such, I will remain a customer of Route 1 Motorsports for as long as I have boating, and possibly other motorsports, needs.

I ordered a 2024 Cam Am Spyder from this dealership and the process has gone extremely smooth. The salesperson Aaron has been super responsive and I really like how easy it was to put a deal together with them. I am a boat dealer myself and appreciate a user friendly sales person and sales process. I was able to give them a deposit over Text message, I received a nice welcome letter, and the price was more than fair. This is the second purchase I have made with Route 1. The first item, a Polaris Sling Shot, went smoothly also, so it was a no brainer to return to them for my Spyder purchase. Also, their facility is top notch.

Great place. Everyone was very helpful. I was having a hard time finding a new helmet that would fit. They came through and found me what I needed. Keegan, and the rest of the staff were great to work with! Highly recommend!

My bike died on the road. I pushed it to this shop. Henry and the crew helped me right away. They jumped my battery and diagnosed my faulty stator for free. With their help I got home without having to get a tow. The service team is awesome! While there I saw they have huge selection of dirtbike helmets, will come back to replace my old one.

Robert was a great sales guy. Asked us what we wanted and delivered. Took great pride in his job and made it a smooth delivery on our jet skis. They are awesome and let the fun begin.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and my experience buying my R6 here. I live up in Jacksonville Florida and so before driving down I put in an online inquiry on the bike. I got both an email and a call the next day by the least pushy sales person you’ll meet mike the online sales person. He was extremely professional, kind, and was certainly willing to work to earn my business. I had several questions regarding the sales process and financing etc and did everything I asked to make sure that when I got down there after a long drive I would happily leave with my motorcycle. The finance manager Glenn was quick, helpful, and not pushy but offered us all of the products we qualified for so that we knew our options. Last thing I will say is that the experience when buying a motorcycle or anything from this dealership is unlike any other. Before walking into finance mike walked us around the whole. Dealership where we were introduced to the parts department and the service department and was given lots of advise at each one regarding what they offer and how best to care for my motorcycle. Everyone was nice and extremely knowledgeable so much so that I will be driving down here for not only my parts but all of my big services on my motorcycle. If you are debating on whether this dealership is authentic because it’s borderline too good to be true. Don’t worry they are just that good

I bought a 2005 Seadoo jet ski. Even after being warned against it,lol.
I have gotten a few good rides between repairs.
I initially spoke with Mike in service and Dyllan in parts, both were very helpful.
In my next three or four repair visits I worked with Mike in service. He has always been very knowledgeable, reliable, professional, helpful and efficient at his work. His expertise is priceless!!
I have found the repairers being reasonably priced. Labor cost seem low, I contribute that to the excellent service people fixing the equipment and of course Mike. They seem to get the work done quickly and efficiently and correctly.
Mike has always been helpful and understanding in any of my repair situations and has answered all my questions and concerns.
And working with Dyllan again recently to get some additional parts needed.
I highly recommend Route 1 motorsports to all my family and friends for their motorsport needs. I am very thankful that I have had my repairs done there!

April 28th, 2021 I bought a motorcycle a week ago and had it shipped to me. I was happy that they had all the paperwork with the bike and gave me a free T-shirt. I worked with Scott in sales and he did a good job keeping me updated on the bike and sending me pictures whenever I asked for them. They replaced the motorcycle chain for free and detailed the bike before it came here. I was impressed and especially happy with the customer service the sales and parts department provide. Very friendly staff! Thanks again!

Beautiful dealership with tons of units in the floor. The sales staff are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you have about the unit.

When I stopped by to check out their side by side I was not rushed by employees. However I was greeted by Scott who asked if I needed any assistance. I advised no but, after a few minutes I had a question and he was able to assist. I returned a few weeks later and purchased a new Can Am Defender. They were patient through the process, very thorough and informative. The whole team went above and beyond in my opinion.
