Adam Pollack did a good job. I was facing felony charges and he was able to assist me in avoiding prison, a jury trial, and adjudication of guilt in my case. My only caveat is that I feel he might be able to add one more secretary or assistant to his staff. Pam does a wonderful job but they do seem to be stretched a little thin with communication and timing issues. This does not remove from my 5 star review it’s just something that I perceived that could just be my own opinion.

I had to use Mr. Pollack's services recently. He returned my call almost immediately. Long story short during a 15-20 minute office visit, he stated he would handle my case, would keep me abreast of every phase of the case and would advise me on different courses of action so he could to proceed with the most favorable and possible outcome. Every email I sent afterwards he replied to in less than 10 minutes.

This is my very first internet review ever. This attorney, to me and many other people that I refer to him, is the best Criminal defense attorney in Florida. I have owned multiple businesses and dealt with several different attorneys and have yet to meet an attorney of his caliber. When he walks in a courtroom, he is always fully prepared and is able to reference all of his arguments directly from a big law book. There is absolutely no doubt that he actually loses sleep over his client's case making sure that he gives them the best possible defense. I was referred to Adam by another attorney that did not handle family law. Adam was more than receptive to start with a consultation and from that meeting was able to provide me guidance and options that I should consider. I was trying to accomplish my goals without too much involvement of attorneys considering we felt we could come to a resolution without them.

Upon using his recommendations and gathering of some further details, he again was kind enough to provide another consultation for a few hours that helped work out the finer details of my options.

I came to Mr. Pollack with a case that was pretty much put to the side for many months. 2am in the morning after nearly 2 years cops came and arrested me for a stop near Cape Canaveral we were heading to Playa Linda. I am a veteran and suffer from several disorders Chronic PTSD being the worst. I take some pretty heavy meds to keep me calm and not so anxious. We were heading to the nude beach lol. needless to say the whole process took a very long time I got charged with possession of a narcotic, Xanax. This was a trying time for me and my family.
