I live in a 24 unit condo and the building has been using Rich for many years, He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He goes above and beyond to fix clogged toilets and even sends camera in the pipes. Rich is fair and reasonably priced

I was extremely happy with the work that Richard did for me when I had a leak in my tub recently. The company was very fast to respond to my call and had Richard come out very quickly. The price was very fair and the work was done with great quality. Richard took time to explain to me what caused my leak and how to prevent it in the future as well as answered the many questions I asked throughout the process. The company even came back out to check up on the work and ensure it was done to satisfaction. Could not ask for a more trustworthy and reliable plumber and would recommend to my friends and family.

I am so grateful that I am about to BUST!!! I am in NYC and am a volunteer working with an elderly blind woman who is selling a FL condo. No one has been in the unit in over 10 years so you get the picture!! After being told that I needed to hire a plumber, Rich, the owner, went there himself today. He was brutally honest and said there was no work that needed to be done!! Then, he outright refused to charge me a dime!!! RD Plumbing was wonderful beginning to end!

They were up front that an appointment wasn't to be had for a few days, arrived when scheduled, allowed enough time that all work was completed in the same visit, were willing to explain what needed to be done and how much it would cost, were honest AND gave me a break when one problem was an easier than expected fix, and when they needed to access plumbing behind a wall, they cut the drywall in a way that was able to be covered by a panel they had on hand!!

I am also very happy with what I paid. I highly recommend RD and am beyond grateful I found them.

I believe it’s important to shine the light on companies which deserve to be praised for the service in which they provide so others can be aware of not only of your company culture and line of expertise in such a competitive market but so other potential customers feel secured that they are making the right choice in contracting your services for years to come.

I am a first time home buyer who has dealt with numerous contractors where the experience was unpleasant and I felt like people in which I was contracting were just committing to the work being requested and not providing the service in which I was paying for and which often left me having to re-contract additional companies to re-fix the work in which I initially was paying previous contractor to conduct. This is how I came about your company.

RD Plumbing and Sewer Inc as a great company all around, The staff was very professional and I had the pleasure of personally speaking to the owner of the company which at times most companies head personal are not available to clients and often placed in communication with additional staff workers which I was very surprised to find out I was dealing with the owner directly at one point. Additionally the follow up communication was great! As the owner of the company not only did your staff touch basis with me but you personally called me to ensure that the work in which was being conducted was concluded and up to my satisfactory which was a nice touch on a customer service standpoint. It feels more personal and catered to be working with your establishment vs another company which is just work related and exchange of money. I feel like your company really looks out for the best interest in their customers and keep all communication lines open which makes this company overall A+++++ to work with, along with competitive pricing when reviewing multiple companies, expertise and turnaround time in the services being provided but additionally added on customer service for peace of mind. I contacted RD Plumbing & Sewer to fix a problem I was having with my shower. Rich was excellent. He was very informative and the price was more than fair. I am very pleased with the service and I would recommend this company to any of my friends or colleagues that will need a plumber in the future. I will also certainly use this company again if I have any further plumbing issues.

For two years RD Plumbing has been my go to plumbing. Last year we had to re-pipe the entire house and they did a spectacular job. Today, I had RD Plumbing come over because my paint is bubbling in the bathroom. They helped me find the issue and testing to see if there are any other leaks. They are fair and honest and I recommend them to anyone who asks me if I know any good plumbers.

Absolutely Outstanding!!!

I was lucky enough to have my home inspector recommend Richard and said he was the best. I honestly don't know if that gives him the credit he deserves. He has now helped with me with 2 issues and both times he was great. Nobody likes calling a plumber for home repairs, but with Richard he does such an outstanding job of explaining the problem, a few possible solutions, and then most importantly CORRECTING THE PROBLEM. He is an outstanding communicator with text messages or phone calls with respect to letting me know when he can get out to our home. Also, both times he made it out to me within 24 hours. Sadly, I don't know if that trend will continue as he clearly is a professional and will be in high demand. Thank you Richard and glad to know I have a plumber I can trust.

We called RD Plumbing on Friday and they were able to come out on Monday. We explained the plumbing problem that we were having and they came out prepared. Rich identified the problem and fixed it while they were here. They arrived on time and cleaned up everything when they were finished. We're very happy with the quality of their work. We will definitely call them again if we need a plumber. We highly recommend RDPlumbing!

Rich is reliable, friendly and professional. He attended to several plumbing issues I had (toilets, major-clogged drain, slow faucet) and he
was great. Instead of dealing with a possibly big faucet job, he rinsed out the dirt filled gasket ( I felt a bit dumb, but that's better than some making a big job out of nothing when I would not know the difference) and the problem was over. I truly appreciated his honesty. He was honest and fair about my other problems and everything is working beautifully now. I would definitely recommend RD Plumbing and Rich for any issues. He knows his stuff!

Rich saved us from having to rip walls and ceiling up by amazingly locating and matching the most random pipe anyone had ever seen or heard of behind our refrigerator. He stopped our 50’s galvanized pipe leak with minimal damage. Updated nipples/valves and is going to help with some preventative maintenance. He knows what he’s doing.

We already have a list of other projects for him. If you have old pipes like us and notice any leaks, stains, etc... I would recommend having him take a look. We are proof of Rich saying “it’s not a matter of if but when” you end up with a big problem. He can help save you from a disaster with some cost efficient updates. Fantastic! A leak sprung on my water heater, so I called a few companies around. Rich had the best time and best price around, easily. He was very helpful in choosing the right option. He came out to my house to take some measurements and check fit within a day, and installed the water heater the day after. Another company suggested it'd take 3-4 weeks to get the unit I wanted. Installation was quick and easy, and he was totally fair on price.

I called several companies for a quote on hot water heaters, and Richard was by far the most responsive, professional and fair on pricing. He is professional, courteous, and honest. He will offer an excellent price and excellent service. He will provide a detailed explanation of the work and then reduce those words to writing for your review and comfort.

I found Richee through the reviews that others had written. I was in need of a plumber to perform one of the more difficult jobs in the plumbing field: Re-Plumbing (the entire house).
After making a successful offer on a home, I discovered through my home inspector that the house was built with polybutylene (Poly) pipe. These days, insurers will not insure a house built with Poly and banks will not approve a loan without the proper insurance.

After an arduous search, I found a highly rated insurance company who was willing to offer coverage – contingent upon me re-plumbing the entire house within thirty days after closing.

But in order for me to make that commitment, I had to get a reasonable quote in order for me to determine if the deal was feasible. The quotes from the first ten plumbing companies were outrageous. A few others had timing issues and high prices. And, still a few others were unprofessional like not showing up at all or showing up hours later.

After I contacted Richee, he told me that he would visit the property and provide his best offer. He did as he said he would and he offered the best and most reasonable price. He explained the work to me in detail. He also sent the quote to me in writing – listing the work in detail with a timeline for completion.

He walked me through the house and explained everything he would have to do in detail. He was personable, straightforward, and focused on the task at hand.

In summary, RD completed the work as promised. The finish product is outstanding. It was a joy doing business with him.

Finally, not only was Richee personable and straightforward. I found him to be a knowledgeable and extremely competent plumber which provided me a high degree of comfort. If you have any plumbing needs, Richee Rich is the man to call.
