Today’s visit was probably the best visit since I’ve been a patient. From the front desk to the doctor. Alexis the technician was so sweet and informative. She was friendly and I didn’t feel like she was rushing to finish. My wait time was shorter than any other visit and I loved that .

DEI is a wonderful place for anyone with eye problems. The doctors are topnotch & the staff is kind & efficient. I've been going there for years & always come away feeling well-cared for. I would also like to say that Dr. Paul is just great. He gives you a lot of information, asks if you have any questions & takes time to answer & explain whatever you ask. Caring & kind.

Dr Chen was excellent making me feel confident with his findings after performing a number of tests. His staff was very friendly and excellent as well. Others have complained about wait times but for myself it wasn’t bad at all. I needed several tests done and saw the Dr twice. Each time tests were done quickly and professionally along with the initial evaluation by his staff. I would recommend DE Eye Institute.

As a newcomer, today was my first experience with Delaware Eye Institute. I think all staff were exemplary. They explained each test or screening in detail. Dr Chen was thorough when going over results and listened to my concerns. He also did more screening to make certain he had a complete evaluation and decided a future plan for me.

The receptionist was very helpful, professional and made the registration very easy. All of the nurses were absolutely wonderful getting me ready for the doctor. Once the doctor came in he was very professional and thorough throughout my appointment.

Everybody was professional and helpful in every way I went into the eyeglass area as well and they were absolutely excellent also. I have no complaints. Professional, accommodating, efficient and helpful. That's everything you need when you're seeing a doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Robinson for 25 or more years now as did my mother-in-law and now I see Dr Curry. I have no complaints. All at the facility are professional and friendly. I miss chatting with Dr. Robinson about his daughter who was quite the tennis phenom as she was growing up. I thank him and his staff for a long relationship.

From greeting to registration and finishing with the exams, the experience was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly and provided excellent communication at every step. No issue with wait time for me. Shout out to Dr Chen.

Excellent physicians and support staff. It's always amazing to walk into a packed main waiting area, anticipating long waits, but then to have my appointment managed efficiently and professionally. With decades of serious eye problems behind me, I know timing of eye appointments is unpredictable. Keeping to an absolutely fine-tuned schedule is near impossible. Many people complain about delays, but I understand and know that any delay I experience means other patients are being cared for thoroughly and professionally and I will be also.

A professional, knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Dr. Cook it's a personable, caring doctor that is a leader in his field of ophthalmology. He will share his knowledge and findings with his patients, answer your questions and leave you with a plan for healthy eye care. You will leave the practice feeling comfortable and in good hands. Dr. Cook is one awesome doctor. He’s the real deal. You will love the staff in this wonderful practice.

Very Professional, Friendly, patient . This describes the whole staff. I was very impressed. I watched a short video, about what to expect during surgery. I am glad that I was blessed to go to Delaware Eye Institute!

I arrived 10min early and had no wait for check in. I was taken back 5 min after appointment time. The technician was friendly and professional. Dr Chen was very professional and explained the pictures of my eye and what he was watching. Having had retina surgery in both eyes it was reassuring to have a thorough exam.

It was very busy but I didn’t have to wait long. By the time I had completed my paperwork, I was called back, and was ready for my eye exam. Heather did my test and was very personable n thorough. Thank you 🙏

I had a great experience with Dr. Chen. The staff is very friendly.
I do think they book too many people at one time. The place was packed inside. Some patients were 5 minutes apart in appointments for the same Doctor. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to get in to see the doctor. But...I have to say it was worth the wait.

Delaware Eye Institute is the best. From ease of scheduling to quick wait times and they have the best doctors. I’ve been going there for years for flares in my condition. I’m so lucky to have them on my team.

I greatly appreciated everyone’s attention and professionalism. No one rushed through the exams and they took the time to explain results and answer questions about my particular condition. Dr. Chen was very thorough and I feel confident with his assessment and abilities.

Love this place! The atmosphere. The staff are great! Friendly and very professional! Love my Dr Adam Schmidt. Have been going for the last 8 years. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else.
