Great experience from beginning to the end! It is hard to find a company with great customer service these days. Dealing with the office on the phone was very pleasant. Kyrsten was very nice and helpful. I had follow up emails throughout the process letting me know what was happening. I wanted under cabinet lighting installed and Douglas did a great job. Douglas was so professional the whole time. He cleaned up every bit of his debris inside the cabinets, on the countertops and the floor. I will use this company from now on for all my electrical needs. Even the payment process was as easy as it gets.

Once again, Don't Touch Electric has exceeded our expectations. Always prompt, highly skilled, courteous and neat, they can also work around issues that arise. In this case, my large pendant light was shipped without a few parts. Even so, Doug was able to find a work-around and install it anyway. They always go the extra mile, and not only double-checked that the light was at the height we wanted, but helped move the area rug and dining table back in place afterwards!

Doug was amazing and courteous throughout the entire job.

We had him put in a couple Jbox's and pass through plates to run an RJ45 through the crawlspace and he did it skillfully and thoughtfully as I was working from home at the time. He helped minimize downtime and noise while I was on the phone, and was a pleasure to work with.

They were prompt, courteous and knowledgable. Our tech, Doug, sent a text when he was on his way and offered to bring us coffee. I have never experienced that before. But I thought it was a lovely gesture. He wore booties, which I always appreciate since I don't like shoes in the house. He was able to resolve our concern with no issues and took the time to show me some other items regarding our electrical system for my future knowledge. The dispatch fee was a very reasonable charge. Doug did an awesome job installing my EV charger. He consulted with me on the right set up and charger. He was super efficient and clean with the install.
