Seacoast is an awesome bank and they care about their customers. Libby does a great job, and always appreciate her help.

Worked with LIbby V and Bill Z from this branch. Very responsive, real people, real service. The branch people actually answer the telephone and help you quickly. Account (business, personal, and credit lines) were opened quickly. They both gave good advise and helped me enormously. I remember having difficulty from my previous bank when applying for a PPP loan last year. The previous bank dropped the ball, Seacoast picked it up and got it completed quickly.

I needed to open an Estate account so I ask Bill Zirkelbach for help. He set me up immediately with an account manager and opened an account within 48 hours of me contacting him. Due to the estate situation I had an immediate need for cash and Bill was able to assist in this the same day. Heather Williamson was able to help me with lots of good advice as well. Great banking experience.

Johnathan lied to me when he told me that a 24 hour hold on a check deposit would still make funds available on Saturday. Specifically asked if this meant 24 hours of business day hold or just 24 hours. He assured me just 24 hours.
Surprise surprise, but now my Christmas bonus won’t be available until Tuesday December 27th. I’m sure my kids will be fine with postponing Christmas morning.
I’ve already closed my savings account with SeacoastBank because their customer service has recently went in the toilet and clearly will continue. So Tuesday I’ll stop by the office and close this account too.

My corporation made every credit line payment during Four years. I had a problem with illness. Seacoast Bank promises not only trust, but love and caring. Vice Presidents Phillip Fitzpatrick, Gary Albert, and Marc Heraux treated me with ultimatims, demands, and threats!!!
