AT&T Store

I received amazing service from Godfrey, who fixed a setup issue between my two new iPhone 15 Pros that was baffling me. I was super grateful for his time and patience. Highly recommended.

I went into the LPGA store with another billing problem Megan was great she took the time to go through my bill and corrected it and explained every step along the way so I could understand why. She is a great asset to AT&T

I was eligible for an upgrade from my iPhone 13 ProMax to the new 15 ProMax. Megan, was unbelievably helpful! She was able to accomplish this and lower my monthly bill by combining or eliminated services that I did not need. I will refer anyone I know to this store. Andrew and the team at this store were fun to work with and provided me with a top notch experience transferring my service from Verizon When I received a text request after my appointment concluded to Leo use a review I mistakenly hit 1 instead of 5. AT&T I hope you can over ride that error on my text review!

Andrew also gave me great advise for a future phone and helped me understand their fiber internet service which I quickly switched to from Spectrum.

I am thrilled with every aspect of my experience with AT&T, the service I received and the services I now have.

My visit with the store manager, Mr. Andrew himself, was just an amazing experience overall. Great customer service skills and very welcoming. He managed to get me and my lady two new watches and left with no issues but smiles on our faces. Best thing is he reached out days later just to check and make sure everything was still function properly. We as a whole couldn’t be more thankful so we thank you so much for that.

The customer service I had today restored my faith in AT&T- ask for Andrew! You will notice he goes out his way to help you and doesn't rush through your service, even if they're busy. He provided the best customer service that I've had in a long time- I've been with AT&T for 15+ years. I wish I had come to this location when upgrading my phone last year instead of the store on ISB.

Andrew Kirkham was a pleasure to work with. Andrew was very knowledgeable about what my opinions were. Andrew helped to clean up some unnecessary glitches, went over some billing concerns, and provided me with the piece of mind that the equipment I purchased will fit my needs. I truly appreciate Andrew for his patience and willingness to work with me even though none of our conversations were commission based.

Went in on Tuesday for a new phone with no idea what I wanted. Andrew was absolutely slammed with customers and worked diligently to take care of all of us! He and Godfrey were very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decisions for the best price. Andrew even contacted me yesterday to make sure I was happy and everything was going well. He also set me up with some special discunts for working in Healthcare!

Came into the store with a completely shattered phone, as soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by the staff. The person who took care of me was Bradley. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions about getting a new phone and what it would be like. I ended up getting a new iPhone 13 Pro thanks to a new promotion he mentioned. We’ve had such a wonderful experience at this particular store we will always come here and send recommendations this way. In the past, we had a horrible experience with AT&T but this store brought us back and we are more than happy to be back to AT&T. James has helped us so much and was always delighted to do so. We’ve been in this store four times already and each time we were met with kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness. I recommend this particular AT&T store to everyone!

Honestly, the BEST experience I've ever had in
any retail location in general. This AT&T made
me feel so welcomed. Bradley was very
cooperative with my situation, waiting patiently
for me to gain access to my account. He was
very helpful and thorough with all parts of my
transaction. The whole staff in this location,
James, Anthony, and Bradley, are super
knowledgeable, calm, cool collected gentleman.
We even had time to bond over the new Batman
movie and Anime. If you ever need help or need
a new phone. COME TO THIS AT&T.

The people in here are amazing!!! They are very patient and very proactive. The manager James has been helping me for months!!! Any questions or any situation he’s always able to help me with no hesitation and solve the problem same day immediately!!! Another thing I love is that James and Bradley both speak English and Spanish!!!! Great team and above expectations in customer service!!!! I definitely recommend this place!!!!

Came to the store looking for updates on trade in opportunities. I was greeted by Paul who immediately sought to help me. He was kind, professional, as well as knowledgeable. He helped me upgrade to a brand new iPhone 13pro with ease, and gave insight into future opportunities. 10/10 for customer service. I will look to return again with Paul in mind.

I was quickly greeted by Paul Andrea who not only replaced a SIM card for me but also helped to reevaluate my wireless plan and update it. The service was quick and easier then I had anticipated. I left relieved and happy.

Anthony and James at the AT&T on LPGA were so helpful in assisting us to update our accounts with available discounts and purchase a new iPhone. No waiting and very fantastic customer service. So glad they are in our neighborhood.

Switched my phone service at sams club, BUT I SHOULD HAVE COME HERE! Paul was so helpful and knowledgable that he helped us thoroughly understand our plan. Definitely has the right attitude!
