Capital One Bank

Great Brick and Mortar location for Capital One. Attentive and friendly service and feel like a person not a number with this bank. Unlike many local banks that I looked at when I move to the area from out of state Capital One were about service first not fees and restrictions.
I would highly recommend going in and talking with Tish (branch manager) or Ketanya (loan and service expeditor) or any of the other wonderful staff.. (Y) (Y) (Y)

Just opened an account here, was quick and easy. Customer service was friendly and competent.

I have been a customer here for the last 6 years. They are the friendliest bank I've ever been to! I have never had any problems with my accounts and if I need something there is always some one available to help!

Edit - My husband went to the bank one morning and it was gone! No ATM's, no nothing! They had been talking about closing but they didn't say when. We were unable to make our monthly deposit which caused us so much trouble that I have to take away 2 stars. Trying to deal with them on the phone made things even worse. I no longer bank with Capital One and I'm glad they're gone! I heard someone say that they didn't want to be a Delaware bank! Well, we don't want them either!

The worst. Capital One is the bank for the BJ's credit card and they do not help you. Capital One have no power over BJ's when they do not provide rewards that they offer. Their customer service is rude and they just blind transfer you instead of helping. I thought Comenity Bank was bad when they had BJ'S, Capital One is no better.

I wanted to open another accounts. I did not have needed documents with me. So I returned to the bank several hours later with requested documents. It was about 25 minutes before closng. Bank staff declined to process my request despite my explanation of our burdensome family circumstances. Apparently they did not have enough staff due to a traing a new person. There was only one couple customer already served, perhaps someone at drive through window, and three "bank senior staff" I could see.I do not why it was impossible to provide me the service if provided dâocument was accepted. I am very unhappy with the service.

Terrible bank. Terrible website, things don't work 50% of the time. Can't contact them via email. Plus now they are closing the local branch and many others so what's the point. When I tried to do something recently when speaking with them over the phone they said I needed to go to the local branch when it's something I could do on-line with my other bank. I am leaving them, can't deal with it anymore. They are on a fast decline.

Bank is now closed. App and website stated that it was open and I drove over an hour out of my way to get there because capone doesn't have any locations in my area. I'm closing my accounts
