So thankful for the creativity and brilliance of Pam. I had several pieces from my mother, aunt, and grandmother that I never wore. Pam had the gems removed, designed a piece and then used the gems to create three necklaces; one for each of my sisters and me. We now have a beautiful necklace, and our family close to our hearts. The original settings helped offset the cost. I’m checking my jewelry box to see what else I can have created so that I can enjoy the history, instead of just looking at it. I highly recommend this process and especially Pam. You can trust your important memories with her!

My girlfriend noticed & was admiring a necklace with a turtle pendant thru the window. I doubled back & bought it. The ladies were very quick with my purchase & even gift wrapped it. My girlfriend has yet to take it off. Very pleased

What a wonderful experience my husband and I had. The woman who greeted us was just the sweetest person. I told her I was looking for something to mark a special occasion but not sure what. She made beautiful recommendations, let me try on whatever I wanted on, and was genuinely not pushy.
(I don't know about anyone else but going into a fine jewelery store can sometimes be a really awful experience if you're not looking to drop a couple thousand, the treat you like a minion.) Anyways... we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Pam, who was also very kind and has a very impressive story about starting this business when only in her 20's. So my husband and I were shopping and chatting, and just as I was ready to say "let's go", he spotted it! A case of jewelry on a wall that had some cool looking pieces all set with mine and my son's birthstones. Like a meant to be kind of moment! I settled on a cool ring which I love so much. It's a piece that I can wear every day if I want. I love those moments and since we go down the same place in FL every year, I'll definitely come here again for the next special occasion jewelry I need.

Pamela was fantastic! From the moment I waked in the door to the moment I left . I had no idea what I wanted to do with the jewelry my former abusive fiancé gave me. Pamela was very understanding and gave me a plethora of choices. She never tried t ooo push any one idea . I’m so grateful for her patience - and helping make my final decisions. I love my new jewelry! I highly recommend going to this jewelry store - they are knowledgeable, compassionate, creative, and wonderful people !!!

I am a collector and always looking for new pieces to add to my collection. PJ Rossi did not disappoint. They have a wide selection of high quality, beautiful and unique pieces. Their service was top notch. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive and helpful. They were very fast to get a ring sized for me so that I could have it before I left on a trip. Melissa and John are amazing! I took two of my watches in to get the batteries changed. They treated me so well and were so welcoming even though I wasn’t purchasing anything. They even expedited my watches so I could get them back the same day. I will be back to get my jewelry from them, and will be recommending them. I stumbled on a gem store and personnel. I'm new to the area. It's my fourth visit to this cute corner jewelry shop. Great inventory, good prices and very friendly. I LOVE jewelry and have now landed a prize location and company to work with. The custom work is stellar!!! Honest people and very knowledgeable. A perfect 10 on all fronts, again!

Great jeweler. I have had so many issues with my new engagement ring (constructed from a different jeweler) Pam gave me great advice about the issues with my ring. She generously secured my diamond on the spot to ensure I would be able to show it off to my family for the holidays. I will definitely be back in the new year to have Pam fully reset my ring. Very knowledgable and direct! John was also very lovely.

The time and attention to detail that Pam took to make and design all my individual stones from other jewelry I owned (plus a new one😉) to create a stunning work of art that is representing a major milestone I’ve endured and overcome, goes way beyond words. My diamonds came loose in my cross that was my mom’s. And I was in Ft. Lauderdale by the Sea on Vacation. I went into the store hoping they could fix the cross. Melissa was wonderful she had the jeweler fix the loose diamonds and he cleaned it too! No charge amazing!!! They had a beautiful selection of jewelry!

Amazing service and very friendly staff. Got my fiancé’s engagement ring there and then went back months later to pick out our wedding bands together. We’re able to find exactly what we wanted with a quick turnaround. Would recommend 10/10
