I stopped in to have a minor repair done. These jewelers are friendly and helpful. They did the work right then, and I got to look at the most interesting jewelry. I am completely impressed, plus I came by them because several of my friends had only good things to say about them. This is the jeweler to see!

We have used Jon Paul for battery replacement on our watches. Very reasonable. This time I needed an earring loosened so it did not cut into my ear. They fixed the issue and would not accept any payment. Excellent staff and expertise on fine jewelry. Thank you.

My family has been long time customers of Jon Paul. From watches of all brands, bracelets, earrings you name it- he handled it all. When it came time for myself to research and purchase my fiance's engagement ring and wedding band, I felt that there was no one better to trust with this process. I don't know much about diamonds and how to look for the proper details (color, cut, clarity) so the process seemed intimidating. I have never felt so comfortable in a purchasing process. The entire staff is VERY helpful and extremely well versed on their trade. My recent experience was this afternoon today with "Matt". He is the second generation owner and operator of Jon Paul Jewelers. What a smooth process it was sourcing and building my fiance's wedding band of her dreams. He was very quick in answering all our questions and providing us with the info we needed to make sure we made her happy! Not once did we feel pressured or uncertain. Trust is very important when it comes down to big purchases, especially ones that hold so much value and meaning in a person's life- and there is NO ONE I would trust other than the staff at Jon Paul Jewelers. I look forward to doing business with them again and again in the future! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I was referred to this jeweler by a good friend of mine and I’m so glad I was! I have been back twice now with rings I recently inherited from my grandmother to get resized. I can’t say enough great things about my experience! It’s in a beautiful location off the beaten path and near the beach without a lot of traffic. The shop itself is welcoming with a beautiful collection of jewelry, but the most outstanding part is their customer service. Although there have been other customers when I walk in, someone always takes the time to give you a warm greeting as if they’ve been expecting you. I can tell by the interactions with other customers that they have a lot of regulars, and I can see why. It almost feels like stepping back in time. The kind of service and expertise they provide is extremely hard to come by these days in any business, and it is greatly appreciated!

Great service, people and experience! I would definitely recommend them. My husband and I are new to the area and had mixed experiences with other jewelers. We are approaching our 10 year anniversary and I was having issues with my 10+ year old pave setting. I wanted to upgrade and look at new settings. Matthew was professional and patient as we went through all the options. They was able to re-use my pave stones and created 3 rings for me that are stunning! My best friend recommended Jon Paul Jewelers and I will definitely recommend them as well.

As a family we’ve been doing business with Jon Paul and his team for nearly 20 years (my then-boyfriend-now-husband new he’d find my engagement ring there and he was right). If it needs to be sized, altered, repaired - they do it right there in house with attention to quality. I find their prices competitive and extremely fair.
