I stumbled upon this fantastic jewelry store while searching online for a necklace repair and watch battery replacement. The owners, a delightful couple, were incredibly welcoming and took me in right away. They completed the repairs in just 30 minutes! Their customer service was exceptional, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I highly recommend this business and wish them all the best!

I was fortunate enough to meet this jeweler, and his lovely wife, on our families vacation in Florida. While on our vacation, I had my favorite rose gold and diamond bracelet break. So I googled a jeweler near me and I found this establishment. Hesitantly, I took it to him. To my surprise he did such a fantastic job that, while on my trip, I ended up taking something else to him that needed an adjustment. Fast forward a year + later along with many many jewelry repairs… I have sent him jewelry from Cincinnati, OH to fix for me. He’s incredibly reliable and does a wonderful job. My items have arrived there and back to me with no issues whatsoever. There is absolutely no one else I trust with my expensive jewelry besides him. He’s even had to recreate screws for a bracelet and come up with ideas how to make things fit/work better. You name it, there isn’t anything (I don’t think) that he cannot do. I highly recommend him. He’s a magician!

Silvio found us the exact wedding bands we wanted, and special ordered my wedding band to match my engagement ring that was bought abroad in Jerusalem. We had previously inquired at three large jewelry stores at the Galleria Mall and none of them could get us what we wanted, but Silvio did! To top it off, his prices were the best. I am so happy I could buy locally at a family owned business. We recommend Ocean Mile Jewelers without hesitation.

The nice couple that operate this place were very accommodating. The set a diamond for me in the 2 days I had on a business trip. They ordered the setting overnight and did the work quickly for a very reasonable price, and the piece is beautiful

I would recommend to anyone! That needs a piece of jewelry repaired we bought in my girlfriends great grandmas jewelry that she had left her and I had broken the clasp trying to put it on her they fixed it very fast! And very affordable they were very professional and understanding of the situation and also had some amazing pieces of jewelry as well! I will be coming back soon!

This is truly an excellent shop if you are interested in design, or repair, and they also have a very nice selection of local pieces with ocean themes. Sylvano helped me with a piece of jewelry I had purchased from Jerusalem but was not quite happy with the design of the men’s military judaica necklace with the the theme of learning from life’s challenges. I needed to add a colored stone in blue, as per the flag of Israel, but wanted to ensure the masculine military theme but give it a more distinct look, including the bails and angles of the final piece . I had brought my own blue stone and two design specific bails I found to match the Hebrew design of one tag . I had a very specific idea in mind of what I wanted and to preserve its antique finish and look, and a different shop had not been able to create what I truly hoped for. It was a very important piece for me because of the meaning behind it. He spent at least an hour with me and asked me to wait, which I gladly did, to ensure everything I had hoped for was perfect. And it was. His was the first shop ever that spent such time and had me work with him from start to finish to avoid surprises or disappointment. His prices are very reasonable . I could not possibly recommend him or the shop higher and certainly give five stars for service and attention, and very reasonable prices, along with honesty, sincerity and a job really well done .

My wife had a ring that had belonged to her grandmother! Silvio did a restoration job on the ring adding natural stones! The ring was perfect! I recommend the professionalism and quality of service they provide!

The best place to go for purchases, repairs, and sell your gold you don't need or want. The owners Silvio and Silvana are A+. I have never meet jewelers more honest, patient, and conciderate than at Ocean Mile. I needed something important for a trip I was taking the next day. They told me to come back before they closed at 6:00pm. When I returned my piece was still being worked on. They apologized and stayed until almost 7:00 so that I would have it for my trip. No chain jeweler would have done that I'm sure. I highly recommend this place and the owners, you won't be disappointed!

So happy I came here! I needed the battery replaced in my watch and a nice ankle bracelet repaired. Ocean Mile wasn’t the closest jeweler to me but they had the best reviews and for good reason! Both pieces were returned to me in better condition than I gave them. The customer service was top notch, they are so friendly, and the price was perfect. I will definitely be shopping here, their jewelry looks so nice and I definitely recommend them for any repairs you need!!

By far the best Jewelry Store experience I've come across. Sylvio and his wife Silvia are so welcoming right from the start. They helped in every way they could to provide me the best quote for my ring, got the best price possible thanks to them. Couldn't leave without buying myself a little gift. Their collections are beautiful and the stories behind them even more. Totally satisfied and will be coming back for any jewelry necessities I have in the future.

Absolutely fantastic family owned small business! My fiancé and I have been in here a few times and every time we are treated like family! We loved this little store so much that my fiancé got my engagement ring here and I love the ring (obviously)and love that we are supporting a small business. You can’t get service like they provide at a the large chain stores. My ring didn’t quiet fit right and we brought it back and he sized it and had it returned to me the SAME DAY!! Thank you sooo much!

Visited Ocean Mile today and I was very impressed with the store. I met Silvio the owner who was super kind and showed me the entire store. He had a story about where everything came from, you can tell he is very passionate about what he does. He has amazing jewelry, I especially liked the Edgewater collection, I purchased a nice ring and pendant for my wife. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.

Sylvio and Silvana are kind and honest (instead of trying to sell me an expensive repair for an old wind-up watch like others have tried in the past, Sylvio showed me what I had been doing wrong and that it is not broken at all) and a pleasure to be around, and they have a wonderful selection of reasonably-priced jewelry.
