It was a very smooth process. They were patient with me and extremely nice and easy to work with. I am very happy with my Jeep. It was very well kept with tires and an oil change. Also a full tank of gas. Would recommend anyone come here.

I purchased a vehicle yesterday and it was one of the smoothest processes I’ve had with vehicle purchases. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I was asked several times if I needed anything or if I had been helped by other staff outside of the one I was working with.

The vehicle I was purchasing had a small steering alignment issue of which they graciously and quickly had fixed with no issue. They additionally replaced a suspension piece I didn’t realize was having issues during the test drive simply because it was checked over one more time while they addressed the steering wheel alignment. Speaks highly of their integrity, to located something new after the vehicle was purchased and went on and fixed it before I picked it up.

Lastly RJ is super easy to work with, very knowledgeable, patient, not pushy what so ever. If you get a chance to work with him you won’t regret it. Additionally one of the managers stayed an hour late after closing to allow me the time to pick my vehicle up after the repairs were completed and even took the time to have a conversation with me when I arrived.

If you are in the market for a used car I can’t help but recommend Oak Ridge Auto Sales and their team! We will definitely be return customers in the future.

Bought a 2016 WRX from them recently. Financed it separately but it was still a great experience. RJ was awesome and cool to talk to. No pressure selling to speak of. The people made it so easy, didn’t try to sell any warranties or other unnecessary features. I got a handwritten card a few weeks later thanking me for my business with everyone’s signature which is a great touch. I really appreciate y’all helping me find my baby

Purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan SEL 4motion and worked with RJ. My wife has thoroughly enjoyed her "new" car. RJ was very helpful and easy to work with. He appreciated I wasn't a hard nosed haggler and I appreciated that he was a good listener...I saved money and they made money which is the definition of a good deal. The car was super clean, a clean CarFax provided and I had the car checked out by a Euro Shop and they confirmed it was in excellent condition. All the staff that I met were very friendly and I felt like I was appreciated as a customer...before the sale! Obviously, I would recommend Oakridge Auto & Trailer Sales and would have no problem buying another vehicle from them.

I purchased a 2013 BMW X1 for my son. My salesperson RJ was great. The sales staff/team was very laid back and not used car salespeople at all. I was able to do an extended test drive as well as take time to have my mechanic review my vehicle before purchasing. My vehicle was in great condition. They had already updated tires and brakes on my vehicle before selling. I received a fair price, and I would purchase a vehicle from them again.

My husband and I both bought vehicles this week. They are both amazing. My husband found the truck he's been searching years for. Low mileage, the staff never pressured us. The service was quick, the vehicles was detailed and brand new tires on both. Celeste was amazing... even through my anxiety of a big ticket purchase. I would recommend Oak Ridge Auto Sales to all my friends, family and co-workers. In my honest opinion this establishment was hands down better than any big dealership I have ever dealt with. No hidden fees like large dealerships. We are happy with our purchases! And even more impressed with the independent service. We was not just another customer. I looked at dump trailers all over the triad area and there were pros and cons at every place I looked. I bought from Oak Ridge Auto because I know that Dan and Celeste are just good honest people. On top of that Celeste went out of her way to make things really smooth and simple. I'll stop in every now and then just to say hi, that's how they make you feel.
