Devin is amazing! I had another realtor who just wasnt getting it done. So i finally gave Devin a call!
Within a week we were prequalified and he was taking me and my husband out to see homes at times that best fit our schedule. We had so much fun and we actually found two perfect homes, but we negotiated both and Devin was able to negotiate $11,000 off the purchase price and We ended up with the best home!! Not only that but his personalized website that gave me real time updates on the transaction. It was amazing, especially as a first time homebuyer, and helped us through out the process know exactly what was happening. We really didnt feel as stressed out as we thought we were going to be!!
