Anglins beach cafe

We were at Anglins Beach Cafe for lunch. We sat out by the beach in these really cool booths that rocked. It was very cool. We could see people surfing by the pier. For food we had the clam chowder in a bread bowl. The conch fritters, and a pizza. The food was really great! Everything was so good. We discovered this place on our last day. Wish we had come here sooner. We loved the food and the atmosphere. There was a more popular place next door which we had tried the night before. It is fancier looking but this place with its beach vibes and great food just made our afternoon. A must visit in my opinion.
The guy that was serving us was really young and he did a good job but it wasn't spectacular service which is why I gave the service a four. He was still good but we did not see him all that often. still so worth a visit!

This cafe has grown over time. I used to go fishing on the pier and would enjoy a sandwich from their kitchen. The food is good service can get a little slowed down but this is due to the place being popular/busy. There is outdoor seating with a great view of the beach. Don't miss either dinner at sunset or share appetizers with a good drink.

Among the best food I have ever had in South Florida. Everything is fresh and delicious. We basically couldn’t stop eating! The hummus is described as “award winning,” without a doubt it is. The shrimps are really jumbo and fried to perfection. We also had the mussels, again top notch, and the crab cake, which was delicious and made seconds before it was served to us. Drinks are also properly made and the price is more than fair. The location is fabulous, guests can eat with their feet in the sand a few steps away from the ocean. Absolutely recommended!

I am a chef and have eaten all over the world … Best Spanikopita Ever !!! Crispy, creamy , tasty ! Great Conch Fritters ; almost as good as the ones at the PoopDeck on Paradise Island , Nassau .

Anglins beach cafe is a great Cafe right on the beach at the end of the pier, in Lauderdale By The Sea.

They have great menu, food, and drinks. Excellent service and the views are amazing!

They have seating on the deck and tables on the sand on the beach side.

Do yourself a favor and give Anglins beach cafe a try; you will not be disappointed!

COME HERE. the pier may not be open but they have seating in the shade, on the deck & IN THE SAND!

The food here is amazing! We ordered coconut shrimp, fish and chips, clam chowder, fish dip, and calamari. It was all delicious and cooked perfectly!! Our entire family loved it! Our server, Luke, was friendly and attentive. The view was beautiful!!

Stopped by for a quick bite before hitting the beach. They had a great atmosphere with live music comfortable outside seating.

Daniel was our waiter & took care of us amazingly. Food was good, prices are fair, atmosphere good, great location.

Nice place to eat by looking at the beach! The food was delicious, and the service was nice as well!

I did not expect good food as the reviews were not that appreciative of it . However, my experience was wonderful including food. I found the food delicious , we ordered fried calamari and a big salad . The calamari was one of the best I have tasted so far in south florida. The salad was well prepared. The service, staff, ambiance enhanced our experience. Will be definitely back

I have been to this place more than two times and every time I got something different and it was delicious I also ordered the strawberry daiquiri which stayed cold the whole time I ate! Server is awsome an always attentive. Great personality an great Live Music!

Was a little pricy, but the service atmosphere, and food couldn't be beat. Open air on the beach at sunset. They had live jazz and the most amazing lobster roll I have had in my life. Highly recommend if you looking for a relaxing evening by the beach.

Beautiful hidden gem to grab a quick bite! I had the Kefallonian omelet. A perfect balance of onions, olives and Feta cheese. The hash browns were amazingly light, tasty and just enough to complement the omelet. Toast was also included.
The ambiance was fun and relaxing and so we're the servers! Fast service at an affordable price, and plenty of seating on both the North and South sides. There was a tiny bar in the middle which I chose to sit at. At that angle, I had a great view of the beach and the pier.
There is a parking lot and a meter, and a meter person to take payments. I paid $10 via the ParkToApp method. The minimum to choose from is $10 and you get 2 hours of parking time. I thought this was a little pricy since I had only planned on eating then leaving. Maybe we can make an adjustment or have a choice of 1 hour for $5. I might have splurged for a side of pancakes 🥞😊

The Beach Cafe at Lauderdale By the Sea was amazing! From the atmosphere to the impeccable service to the delicious food. I loved being right on the beach and eating a very fresh Mediterranean Greek platter. The portion were big and the ingredients were very good. My mojito was well made and the service was on point. Lou was very attentive and has an eye for detail. My experience far exceeded what you would expect from a beach cafe. I would highly recommend, and can't wait to go back on my next visit.

This place was the highlight of my trip! The servers were beyond friendly, the food was AMAZING and the vibes were immaculate. 12/10, I would recommend!

I don't understand why this place has only 3 stars. It certainly deserves better. MUCH BETTER! Food and service here are excellent and the oceanfront location is unparalleled. Daniel (server) is totally on his game as is the rest of the staff. The owner (Spiro) is on site making sure everything goes well. City
Parking is plentiful right on location. It's a great early Sunday morning breakfast by the sea place for us but they are also open for lunch and dinner.

Pleasantly surprised! We travel a fair amount so we eat out more than most. It’s hard to impress me with the quality of food unless I’m paying a lot of money. This place is not for that experience. This place is to chill while listening to the ocean and smelling the salt air. I didn’t expect the food to be great...but surprise... It was!!!

The service was great as well. When we were leaving I asked the server his name again and told him I was going to write a review that mentioned that he touched me inappropriately (he didn’t). He thought that was so funny and suggested that might bring even more people to eat there. I hope it does Luke. I hope it does.

Go eat there. It's better than the other place right by it (by far)!
