Keese's SIMPLY DELICIOUS

We've been going to Uptown Keese's since they opened. A bit overdue for a review.

This is one of those locals places that flies under the radar. Its primarily Greek but the menu is subject to change, there can be specials and there's a burger to die for. The cooking is seriously good, the wine list is one of the better lists in town, white linen tablecloths which we happen to like, superb home made deserts and a bill that won't break the bank.

Recommended whether you like Greek or not. This is cooking you simply do not get at most of the local places.

Amazing and authentic Greek food at Keese's ! I always visit here with my family when in Fort Lauderdale. The staff is always very friendly and the food is fresh and you never leave disappointed.

Loved Denise's food & energy. From expediting to presentation & I'm sure prep as well, shes working hard at it!. Gino a little rough around the edges but she'll "tune him up" Can't wait to get back nxt Jan!! Semi-retired chef; tporter

Food came out within 15 minutes of ordering, they have the best gyros i’ve ever had in my life. Do not miss out come try this place.

The first picture was taken in June 2017. When I had the buffalo wings the first time, I felt the best I ever had and this was also my first time visiting Florida.

I decided to move here, now two years later. I could not remember where I had gotten the wings. What I decided to do was look at the time and location of where I took the photo but that did not help me find where the place was to buy these wings again. So I decided to check my bank statement from June 2017 for the date when I took the photo. Lo and behold it says Keese’s and I was excited.

I typed Keese’s in google maps and here I am having the wings again today, as a resident of Florida (second picture) and it tastes so good!

I love this restaurant! The best food in Fort Lauderdale! Fish and vegetables are amazing! The owner and the stuff are simply the best!!! Can’t wait to visit again next year!

OMG, we went to the restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner (fixed menu, a party of 9!). I kid you not it was the best food we had in a while. We are not local (CT/NY/MA) but definitely appreciate the food a lot. Great job and thank you so much for such a lovely event.

This place is so delicious. I like that it has a local feel. Really good and the owners are super nice.

Best Falafel, have tried many, none compare. Awesome chicken schwarma and lamb shank. Definitely recommend having dinner here.

Great hamburgers great value good variety of food great specials if you’re headed to Fort Lauderdale Beach this is the place to stop outside seating is nice there’s something for everyone on this menu from chicken wings to soup

We eat here all the time. Fried chicken is the best ever and the falafel, the Gyro are premium. All of the food rocks, comes out fast and the staff are great people. Pricing is right and they have really been here for years, I just found out. Love this place.

The food was great and so was the service. This is their new location.

The falafel and gyros were.authentic and flavorful, the staff friendly and efficient. The ambience was chill, we sat on the door patio combination on a cool, cloudy day and enjoyed people watching and wonderful food.

The best lamb shops I’ve had in my life, definitely I will go back again ❤

Best food in all of lauderdale by the sea !! Our favorite place to eat owner is great food is always fresh. Kids love the Shirley temples owner makes for them !!

Absolutely delicious food. I went here with a group of friends. We ordered grill chicken kabob with rice, fried chicken, penne, rib eye, Greek salad, flaming cheese and French fries for the kids. We had a few other things that I can’t remember . But everything was soooooo good. I haven’t had amazing food like that in a while.
We watched everything being made by the chef/owner. What a superwoman. I don’t know how she did it. She took time out to talk to us which was really nice. I had a great experience. Had I not live in NY I’d go every week.

I would love to say how much the owner of this place is hard worker. She treated as absolutely the best. She is working by herself. And she is doing her best.
Because she doesn’t have any help give her a chance, be patient and you will eat best food ❤ Will be back to this amazing lady.
