Melissa in the Douglas ga store is awesome! We came in to get a phone that wouldn’t activate fixed. She jumped on the task and completed it with no issues! She was very nice and made us feel very welcome! I will be definitely coming back for an iPad just because she was so good with us! She definitely deserves a raise

I stayed at Verizon for hours and had the worst experience trying to get my number over and I thank god for representatives like Ashley. She went above and beyond and stayed on the phone for I know 4 or more hours and helped me. Verizon needs more reps like Ashley she definitely deserves a raise and more for her hospitality and performance.

Excellent customer service! We were created as soon as we walked in the door. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better service than Conya. She was very patient and efficient with us and our time, especially since we had 2 phone upgrades and an Apple Watch. Highly recommend!

I was promptly and professionally helped by sales associate CONYA. She quickly helped me understand my options available for an upgrade to a new phone with all the accessories I needed. She was fast, thorough, and sharp as a tack. The only problem with the whole encounter was that her tablet seemed outdated and she had to swap out for a different device midway through our encounter but she handled it like a boss and by far it was one of my quickest trips to Verizon in years. I am very satisfied with my service and my new device.

Extremely good service. Aleisha (I believe is her name) was extremely helpful. She not only assisted me in replacing my phone but also helped us to lower our phone bill. Definitely recommend working with her if you go!

The store manager spent 90 minutes helping me (plus countless customers that came in while I was there.). I was in the middle of a cell phone insurance claim. She went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. She is definitely an asset to the company. I’m not sure how much money she makes, but it’s not nearly enough. Customer service is NOT dead. Conya was extremely helpful with my upgrade. She made sure I was getting the best deal and made sure I had all the accessories I needed before I left. She was patient in helping me transfer all my data to my new phone and teaching me how to use it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

I recently bought an Apple Watch and upgraded my phone. Tiffany was the sales representative that took care of me. She was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a very pleasant experience because of her.

This was an impressive experience for me today! A young lady named Hannah opened the door for me, as I have back problems. As soon as we walked in a young man brought me a chair with a back to it.
