I am so happy I chose Parkerhaus roofing for my new roof. From start to finish, it was a great experience. First, Roy and his crew were very caring, informative, professional, and knowledgeable about my re-roofing project. I never felt anything was lacking and not up to the highest standard. It was completed promptly with all inspections in line with the completed different phases of the work, from teardown to final finishing touches. My roof came out so beautiful, and the price was more than fair. I honestly could not have asked for more! Thank you Roy and crew for making it down south and making me the happiest kid on the block!! ;)

Mom and I want to thank Roy and his company for stepping up, giving us an affordable price to replace our old tile roof with a new shingles one. Job completed in record time and we're prepared for the rest of hurricane season and beyond!

Our insurance company forced us to upgrade our roof. Roy with Parkerhaus was quick to give us an estimate that was very reasonable. He and was very easy and professional to work with through out the entire process even while we where traveling. The installers where fast and efficient and did a good job of cleaning the yard after the work was completed.

Okay, there are a million roofing companies out there, but please look no further if you are looking. Parkerhaus roofing was great from beginning to end. They took the time to explain the process as we were not fluent in roofing language and assisted us with the paperwork for the permit and association. Raquel was great at helping me follow up with our association and kept checking in with me so that we would not feel abandoned. Once approval was received, the workers came, and it literally took two days to complete the whole roof (the delay was on waiting on the city inspector), and the best part was that there was NO mess left behind! In the end, Roy made sure we were satisfied with the final product and helped answer questions and finalize the process. I am usually not one to recommend, but I am happy to in this case.

Awesome company! I recently had my roof redone by this company and words cannot express how pleased I am with their work. Great staff, transparency, and constant communication throughout the process. Let’s start with our contractor Roy Jossfolk from beginning to finish he was on point, very responsible, visible and great coordinated. I am so pleased that our house looks fabulous. Parker haus roofing did a great job on the replacement of our old flat and main tile roof. Roy and his crew were fabulous to work with. the workmanship is second to none. we decided to replace the tile portion with metal and the crew installed it like they were working on their boss' house. you will be selling yourself short if you don't include Parker haus when seeking repair or replacement roofing. they have done several homes in our area (which is how we came to call them for an estimate originally), and the recommendations from each of those other folks is how we came to give them a call. I'm sure you will feel the same after contacting them.

We did a complete re-roof and it turned out great. The workmen came early, tore down, re-papered and cleaned up in 1 day! I thought it would be slow going after that, but they were on the ball. Inspections were scheduled in advance so the city was able to pass each stage in quick succession. The whole job was probably done in 2 weeks and looks great. Their quote wasn't the lowest but was much better than most and the outcome was very good.

Roy met the time window required by my insurance company, so I could get reinsured by them. Work was done timely and professionally.
