Got in and out quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would however suggest to never book a room at Mt Olympus. My stay was an absolute nightmare. It reminded me of a ghetto basic hotel that they charge full resort prices for. I showed Bluegreen the pictures the next day and they were aghast and immediately moved me to AmericInn which went above and beyond my expectations. Mt Olympus Waterpark is very nice but their hotels are very disappointing.. ( see my Mt Olympus review for details)

Check-in was a breeze. I got all gifts promised to me. However they don't tell you that you have to have a certain credit score to qualify for the tour. But we had a great experience.

BlueGreen vacations is a nice experience. They are giving us a free hotel stay for 3 nights and cheap Waterpark passes. In exchange for a a 2 hour timeshare presentation. If your interested then great. But if not then just do the tour, and be on tour way. Cheap price to pay for 3 free nights in the Dells. Staff was nice. Just be smart, read what your signing, and don't be the average dumb consumer.
