Truly one of the BEST workouts I’ve been to! Challenging and rewarding both mentally and physically. The instructors are so high energy and the entire studio has a welcoming energy and made me feel so welcome and confident even during my first class there.

Wow!! I have not worked out in a few years and being in my 50s, I was intimidated at the thought of starting. I took the block therapy class at this studio. I really did not know what to expect and I wasn't even sure if I could handle it. It was not easy, but doable and I feel great afterwards. I felt so comfortable there. No pressure or stress. The environment is peaceful and there are written messages everywhere that bolstered my confidence. Erica lead the class and helped me with the block placement and poses. She is amazing and I will be coming back for more classes. I highly recommend this studio!!!

Conveniently located near the Galt Ocean Mile, I was able to walk over while I was down for the season. Great full body and core workout. I was in town for 8 weeks and I left with great results from 2x per week. Tighter and more tone!

I went to their Mega block class today for the first time and it was great. The teacher was very aware of all of us, correcting or adjusting our positions as needed. I left the class feeling great and super relaxed and looking forward to try their other classes. The studio is very nice and clean too

The most transformative work out there is! Erica and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and wonderful teachers. Only 2x a week commitment is enough to see quick results and I can’t get enough!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Takes pilates to the next level. Safely builds strength and stability through slow, intentional movements. It's a different level of effort and intensity. Instructors are top notch. Great cueing to make sure your body is in the right position and your activating the right muscles. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to optimize health and fitness. Your body will curse you and thank you at the same time.

I love core954. I have been going there since almost one year, and my Corestrength improofed so much. I love the studio and all the instructors are amazing especially Jen.

This is an AMAZING studio full of energy and vibrant life. I took my first class with Erica Leonard and you can tell that she has built a fantastic community (people come in as they are and she just loves on them) but the class was also just super strategic. We worked core and obliques and the 45 minutes flew by! It was an intense workout and yes, 100% a challenge but her voice, the music and the ambiance create a thoughtful space you’re going to LOVE sweating in!

Erica specifically-- has turned this place right around mid-covid pandemic. Classes morning/noon/night including barre, yoga and lagree. All of the teachers are amazing and the classes are appropriate but challenging. They prioritize cleanliness and social distancing and I always feel very safe. Also, no more than 7 people per class which is ideal! They also offer deals and specials considerably better than other studios in the area. Plus, it’s mostly women so it’s a very welcoming, safe space for those new to their fitness or wellness journey.

The Lagree method is great, but it's the staff that makes Core954 wonderful.
