Driftwood Beach Club

We have been visiting Driftwood since 1983. I describe Lauderdale-by-the-Sea as a quintessential beach community with beach stores, ice cream shops, bars, and restaurants all in a 5-minute walk. Driftwood fits right in with the beach vibe. Friendly team that makes you feel at home. Cute rooms all open to the large pool and covered patio.

We had the opportunity to visit friends here. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. The location is perfect for the beach, restaurants and shopping.

My family has been coming to this beach club since 2009, and every year has been amazing. The management is awesome, the staff is amazing, and we’ve made countless friends year after year. Location is amazing, feet from the beach, price is awesome and worth every dollar. This year we finally took the plunge and purchased and I couldn’t be happier. Perfect location, wonderful accommodations. Highly recommended!

I always look forward to staying here for two weeks in December every year. The accommodations are great along with the location. Ellen and the staff are great. I have made a lot of new friends over the years and I look forward to seeing them every year.

The Driftwood has been our home away from home for 30+ years. Ellen and the staff have been there every step of the way to always ensure our vacations are memorable and enjoyable. Unmatched location with so many amazing restaurants on the corner and private beach access with chairs, towels and two large cabanas. Float in the pool or lay on the beach all day. This is a flip flops and sandy toes kind of place; very laid back and relaxing! The people are amazing. Counting down until our next stay at The Driftwood!

We have been vacationing at the Driftwood with family for almost a decade - it is our favourite place to stay. The staff is amazing and so friendly - they work so hard to engage all their guests and ensure everyone is getting the most out of their stay. The location is perfect, you don't have to walk longer than 5 minutes to get to a number of great places to eat and be entertained. The beautiful beach is a 30-second walk away. The grounds are gorgeous and well-kept. The rooms are up to date and incredibly clean. I can't recommend the Driftwood enough.

The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were nice and also very clean. They are within walking distance to many good restaurants and on the beach. Overall we had a very relaxing stay at this resort.

Absolutely beautiful!!! Our home away from home. Perfect locations, well maintained, friendly staff!Gorgeous pool and steps from a private beach!! Close to shopping and our favorite restaurants. WE can not say enough about how perfect the Driftwood is!! Can not wait to come back!

My family and I spent Christmas 2017 at Driftwood. First time and my family loved it. Nice room. Nice property. Pool was clean and just a very relaxed atmosphere! Easy access to stores and restaurants which we walked to every night ! Friendly staff and we met great people that were staying at Driftwood as well. Grandkids had a blast .We will definitely return for Christmas 2018 !!!

A place away from home ! This is all you need for a Florida vacation. A single bedroom, with kitchen , steps away from the large welcoming pool. A hot tub to relax with and the beach is just across the street. A friendly mix of people and a place to bbq if you'd like. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. A grocery near by and close to the intercoastal with even more good eating. Great for singles, families and even grandma ! Food and shopping within walking distance. Very nice.

Friendly place. Small enough to get to know people yet no one crowds your space. But it still all seems like family. Across the street from the beach. Heated pool and hot tub outside your door. Wonderful place for families and singles. The true idea of what vacation means. Love it at Driftwood

Beautiful place with private beach access. Only timeshare that has given me a sense of community with the meet and greets and wine and cheese events they do.

The best place to spend a week with family and Friends! The location is perfectly placed right across the street from a private beach, with towels and chairs provided at no cost. You don’t come across places like this anymore.

Should I say how relaxing vacation paradise it is here. Wait, late night party 24 / 7 loud rude people people please do not come here and mess up my annual escape from all that.

For people who want to relax, be safe, maybe meets others like yourself, eat at nearby good places to eat, with a wide range of types of food to choose from come on down.
Do you like wide uncrowded beach? Please be respectful of Sea Turtles at certain times of year, while they lay their eggs. Also, when the new born baby dash for the ocean to start their lives. Come and enjoy not trash my paradise.

Another TERRIFIC vacation @ Driftwood is on the books! What started as a visit by my parents to LBTS 38 years ago has now turned into an amazing family tradition. As a family, we have been coming here together for almost 20 years. Seeing the other owners (who have become extended family) year after year and making new memories is priceless. Welcoming new friends is also great. And seeing the familiar faces of the staff is always comforting ~ Ellen, Pam, Kim, Mara and John welcome us back time and time again. Lauderdale-By-The-Sea has so much to offer, but Driftwood is the place to stay for families, friends and fun! Looking forward to many, many, many more years as Driftwood owners.

This place is amazing. Unreal atmosphere of positive energy with wonderful guests. Facilities are well maintained and up to date. Just cross a tiny path and your on the beach with the ocean and lists of sand.

Old school but clean and comfortable rooms with kitchens. Everyone seems to know everyone and are welcoming. Private beach access across the street. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Great place to stay! Staff and guest very friendly and fun. Plenty of resturants and shopping in walking distance, and a beautiful beach.

I like this resort. Every year i comeback to relaxing, enjoying all amenities. The staff are marvelous, the food in restaurants are delicious, alive music every night.
