High Noon Beach Resort

What a gem of a place! From the minute you get checked in by the warmth embrace of Maureen and Jackie to the day you have to sadly depart, life just slows down and the beauty that surrounds you brings joy all around!!!
The grounds are immaculate, the pools are meticulously kept clean and we had all we needed in our spacious room!
The cleaning staff are amazing as well and take great pride on their work. We have been to this area a few times but this boutique hotel really stood out!
No need for a car as you can walk to several eateries and markets.
So looking forward to returning!!

What can I say this is our second time at High Noon resort and we love it! I love the cleanliness and the convenience of just walking to wherever you want to go. I love the beach they have umbrellas and beach chairs and privacy that no one can get in and out of your area without a key. Thank you again for a great stay!!!!!🥰

We’ve visited the 4 years and this place is amazing. Super location on the water in the heart of Lauderdale by the Sea. Super cute little place. Total “old school” vibe. Some have full kitchens, small but everything you need. Super clean. Great pool. A few steps from the beautiful beach and ocean. Charcoal grills are fantastic. Outdoor shower is awesome, makes me want one at home.

We used to have a seasonal home in Lauderdale By The Sea and we knew about this hotel the high noon it was everything and above it's pretty much adults all the clientele is extremely warm and friendly the staff is great location location! It's just great clean convenient just we're coming back no doubt about it it's a home away from home for us now highly recommend it enjoy

This is our 5th year here! Every October, a group of us meet here to visit for a week to 10 days. The location is great - within 2 minutes of shops and food; rooms are clean and very well maintained; and the pool is always a pleasure. We have met new friends there which have added to our group nicely. The staff and owners are, by far, the best in the hospitality business. Super friendly, accommodating with any issue and always happy to see you. You will not be disappointed!!

This well maintained beachfront old style Florida hotel is an absolute gem!!! This was our second stay and we’ll certainly be back. Though it isn’t far to the city it has small town charm and such a lovely beach with great restaurants within walking distance

Wonderful place in a wonderful little community. The room was spacious and clean, our poolside patio was very pleasant, and the service was impeccable. We'll be back.

We have been coming to the High Noon for over 15 years. Absolutely love the staff. The hotel is highly maintained, views are amazing, right on the beach, and a short 2 minute walk to the bars and restaurants.
Every year the hotel is upgraded. This year we had a completely renovated bathroom, and all the pool decking was replaced. Looks gorgeous!

We meet a group of friends every year around this time and enjoy our time together.
Huge shout out to the Novak family and staff for keeping up a great place and are always very friendly and accomadting. Looking forward to next year.

We arrived several hours early and were greeted by a young man who informed us our room would be ready in about an hour and offered us use of the back of the lobby to change, use the restroom and stow our luggage. He said we could use any of the facilities and he would call once our room was ready. I mistook the generic welcome text for the notification that our room was ready so we headed to the office and were offered ice-cold water and told it would just be a little bit longer.

Once we received the call we headed to the room and it was even better than the pictures. We had a balcony and kitchen and the entire room was absolutely spotless. Had I searched for a grain of sand I can guarantee it didn't exist indoors. The housekeeping here is phenomenal and VERY impressive.

There was not one amenity that was ignored. The room was stocked with both piles of bath and beach towels. Umbrellas, chairs, additional towels and apparently bicycles are all at the ready near the lobby. The pool is incredibly pleasant and there are lots of options for seating on various locations and formations. One thing I really appreciated was the laundry room with two each washers and dryers for a total of $4 per load. They even have a change machine.

All the staff we interacted with were very friendly, informative and gracious.

I rarely stay at the same property twice because I prefer new experiences, however I would definitely consider changing that if I am ever back in this area.

This was my first time staying at High Noon Beach Resort and I’m already mentally planning my next trip. There are so many things within walking distance and the location and resort itself are like a gem right in the middle of it all. Direct access to the beach and the pool and lounge area are spacious. The rooms are comfortable and clean and resort staff was so kind and helpful any time I needed something. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and I even met some great people while staying at the resort. I’ll be coming here every year as long as High Noon is around!! If you have any reservations, let this be your sign not to hesitate and to just book. You won’t regret it!

High Noon Resort and Sea Foam: Beautiful place, like a paradise. Neat and clean, a one-of-a-kind cozy lodging experience with a wonderful pool, shaded tables, immaculate landscaping with palm trees and flowers, a stone’s throw from the beach with chairs and umbrellas available (no extra charge), grilling area, security gates, and dedicated parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very relaxing and a short walk from food, shopping and fun. Best vacation spot.

This has become our new happy place!! It’s SO clean, the staff is amazing and accommodating, the grounds are beautifully kept, the rooms are luxurious and comfortable and the views are incredible at any hour of the day! The location is perfect - we never bother renting a car because everything is in walking distance.
I love how the owners of this family run business take the time every day to connect with their guests - they could be seen early in the morning resetting the pool chairs and stopping to chat and check in with people, sitting with new arrivals or those getting ready to depart in the lounge area by the office, or just being present every day. You can see and feel their passion for this resort and their desire to provide every guest with a positive experience.
The team - from the office staff to the grounds keepers to the housekeepers were all incredibly friendly and are clearly treated well by the owners. We had a battery issue with our in-room safe and they immediately came and rectified it - with a smile and friendly conversation.
I could go on and on about how lovey this resort is but I think you get the picture. It ticks off all of the boxes for being a super high quality, well run, spotless and fabulous place. Like Maureen in the office says, “if you can’t be happy here - you’re probably not happy anywhere!”

Great location! No rental car needed. This resort was very clean and well maintained. Beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use. Over all our stay was amazing.

This place is a jewel hiding in plain sight right in Lauderdale by the Sea. The entire staff was friendly and wonderful. The room was perfect. The entire resort showed a lot of attention to detail to meet any guests needs both in the room and outdoors by the pool. Located right on the beach so you can choose between beach or pool. Tiki huts and beach umbrellas available when you need shade. Many great restaurants and bars within easy waking distance. This was our first visit and we will definitely become regulars!

We visited so I could be near the ocean following my year of teaching 3rd grade and testing. First, I have to say we had concerns when we arrived and found out that our room was not ready. We were informed that the previous guest was detained at the hospital and would arrive shortly. We decided to head to the mall. They called us to let us know we could move in (shout out to the wonderful front desk staff) and we headed back to the room. But noticing the room was a little small for our liking, my husband decided to go down to inquire about a bigger place and we also decided to extend our stay from four days to six. The next morning he went down to find if there were any rooms and came back to let me know that not only did they have a larger place, but due to an unexpected opening, we could move in that day to the "beach house". We packed and my husband started moving our luggage to the "beach house". By the time he finished, I was ready to go see the new room. He told me the "beach house" was "ok" and I held no expectations. It had to be better than the first place. I was shocked!!! The beach house was beautiful, from the nice vanilla scent (as you entered) to the ocean view in our backyard. The villa had a full patio, grill, a tiki, two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, dining room, full kitchen, living room, and a designated parking spot for the beach house resident.

Family owned and operated. We love this resort and have been fortunate enough to visit every spring break. A very well kept and clean property where they treat you like family. We just love it here. Great pool, tiki huts and laid back vibe right on the beach. Beach views from almost every room.

The location also can't be beat. 1 block from town. You don't need to rent a car - can walk everywhere.

Outstanding facility! Met our every need for time away from the hurricane destruction in our neighborhood/community - beauty, peace, wonderful amenities and close proximity to everything we needed. We loved the views, the comfortable accommodations, excellent staff, and the beach being right outside our door. Great restaurants, bakeries, and shops within walking distance completed the ease we enjoyed during our much needed reprieve.

Best place to stay in LBTS. Location cannot be beat. Hotel efficiency rooms are great, especially if you are staying for more than 5 days. It's my go to place in LTBS.
