Cycleward Studio

Spontaneously signed up for the sunrise session at The Westin location during my travel/visit in Florida. Micaela V greeted each one of us brightly even though it was still dark before the session started and wasted no time in getting our bodies warmed up on time and on beat, providing clear instructions for each set. We were rewarded with an amazing view for our effort. Would recommend to try out if you’re in the area. If you drive, street parking is available round the corner of the hotel. For a quick snack, Starbucks is just next to the workout area.

Every time I walk into Cycleward people are so kind and friendly. Living out of town and visiting is one of my favorite things to do! Studio is clean and inviting! I have taken every class and I love them all! Looking forward to coming back soon!

I've been in love with this studio for well over 5 years. This pump and grind class is awesome. Half spin half sculpt! The class is 45 minutes. I wish this particular class was an hour and I wish there were more classes in the sculpt room. The ones I want are always full

Great location, awesome high energy trainers, bikes are in great condition, they provide towels, shoes or weights. The music choices are awesome and they help a lot. I also loved the beachside class.

LOVE the screen playing music videos ! Great music and instructors . Spacious studio .

I just wish they had more classes in the evening .

I am a snowbird and look forward to coming to Florida every year so I can reactivate by membership at Cycleward. I even called them from the plane yesterday to tell them I was back!

The classes are so fun, engaging, filled with danceable music videos and led by amazing instructors who know how to motivate you and push you to your personal limits. My favorite line from the class: You're stronger than you think, is etched in my head and I replay it in all parts of my life when I need to be strong.

The classes empower me and are part of my daily morning routine in Fort Lauderdale. There is a real community of the friendliest people on earth and I have made friends. I love this place and it has also made me super fit!

I started out with the unlimited month trial and then became a member. I didn’t think I would enjoy it as much as I do. It is so motivating and has become a part of my weekly routine. The instructors are very talented and are in sync with their music that makes the time fly by.

The best instructors and staff. Bikes are nice and music is great. Studio is always clean. Overall always an awesome experience and great workout.

The spin classes are amazing and a whole vibe!! Especially the music video classes provide something to look at while biking. All of the instructors are really sweet and helpful. There’s lots of bikes and a very clean environment.

We were coming from out of town for my sisters bachelorette party and I contacted them to see if they could host us and they went above and beyond for us!!! They even let us know about their pop-up event that was looking over the beach and how it might be a more fun vibe if we were interested. We had the best time and had the most amazing view during our workout. Cannot say thank you enough!

I absolutely love this place! I went for my second time today and I’ve never been much of a morning person but Bruce made a 6am class something worth waking up early for. He was awesome! I also went to Lisa’s class on Monday and she was incredible as well. Both kept me motivated and made me want to keep pushing myself. I also loved that as soon as I walked in I was helped so much and didn’t feel lost or confused for a second. I can’t wait to take my next 6am class tomorrow! Would recommend to anybody and everybody!!

Love this place, clean and upbeat! All instructors are encouraging with great tempo and direction. Always feel welcomed here regardless of skill level.
