I absolutely love this office!!! I have never had anything less than a wonderful experience with Dr. McNeil and her team. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with a smile from the receptionists and the hygienists are gentle yet my teeth always look immaculate when I leave. Dr. McNeil truly cares about all of her patients and is so knowledgeable in her profession. This is the best dental practice in Greensboro!!

Staff friendly and informative. Hygienist Brandi was awesome. Dr. Goodrich is knowledgeable, caring and makes you feel at ease. Thankful for the reminder texts.

Amazing staff. Friendly from being to end. Explain my whole treatment plan. Didn’t just tell me what would happen, gave me a full detail on what to expect each visit and gave me options that best fit my budget needs. I would definitely sent friends and family their way every time.

I've been going to this dentist since they were off of Elam, since I was about 3. Each dentist to walk in and out of those doors have been top tier, but I have to say the current staff is my favorite, yet. Basically an all female staff, they're very good at making you comfortable with each visit you attend. I even went here once my insurance expired. Each dental assistant gives it their all and they really care about their patients. TLDR: Through and through, 10/10. Thanks ladies, for always putting the best foot forward, and for your consistent and accurate care.

First time visiting. They are very caring and attentive. My dentist retired years ago. I think I am finally home with these wonderful people.

Outstanding practice! Dr. Irvin and her staff are both professional and personable. They make sure you are fully informed on your treatment plan and comfortable during all procedures. The office has a warm, friendly atmosphere, adorned with staff family photos and seasonal décor. From the first visit, you see Dr. Irvin and her staff are a great team, working together to ensure patients receive first-class, quality service.

Dr. Goodrich is a very good dentist. She is very gentle and pleasant. Kristen is as good of assistant there is. Debra and Nicole very friendly and patient with patients. Just had a few appointments here so far and I am very pleased so far. They handled an emergency for me and I am very thankful. Glad to call this place my dental needs home.

I highly recommend Gate City Dental for all of your dental needs. I have been going here about 7 years based on a recommendation. I recently had a difficult crown and could not have been more pleased with the work by Dr. Goodrich and Kristyn. Tbry make a great team.

I cannot say enough good things about the office. The staff goes above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and at ease. They remember important details and events of my personal life, down to sending me a Happy Birthday text on my birthday. I've been coming here since I was a kid and now I have the pleasure of bringing my child here and he had the most amazing experience. His previous dental experiences at other offices were so horrible he had developed dental anxiety and now he's no longer afraid to go to the dentist. We will be patients for life!

This is an excellent Dental office of highly skilled and professional Dentists, Hygienist and Staff. They always greet you with a smile. They are gentle for those of you with sensitive teeth, and take good care of your needs. You don't have to worry or be fearful. The environment is clean and pleasant. They are really good at following up on you after any detailed procedures. They will kindly answer any questions or concerns you may have. Another great add is there is very little waiting time to be seen. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs. Rest assured they have your best interest in mind during each visit.

From beginning to end the staff and doctors are amazing. I have had all the doctors work on my teeth and each are great. Dr. Jon Hartley is now my primary doctor. He is knowledgeable on the most up to date procedures, great chair side manner and makes you feel comfortable by explaining procedures until you understand. He always has your best interest in mind. Bonus: he didn’t make me cry with the numbing injection😊 ( I’m a whimp when it comes to needles). I would 100% recommend this clinic

I've been a patient at this dental office since before Dr. Irvin assumed the practice. I was skeptical at first as I loved my dentist before he retired. Dr. Irvin and her staff has exceeded my thoughts of skepticism. I could go on and on about Dr. Irvin, she's down to earth, patient, honest and treats each patient as an individual through being pulled several different ways. I would be remissed if I did not give Paige praises too. She is kind, patient and listens as procedures are being performed to make sure you are comfortable. Overall, you can't go wrong if you're looking for a dentist who listens, cares and provides GREAT service!!
