EZ Roofing Contractor

One of the best contractors we have ever used in FL. They were here on time when promised, worked full days, showed up for inspections so we did not have to worry about walking inspectors around and trying to explain questions. We had a great experience and the timeline was under 1 month from start to finish.

My roof installation was finalized last month and I am very pleased with the end result. The job took longer then anticipated due to Covid supply problems but we were continuously updated throughout the process. We worked directly with Rick and he was wonderful! I highly recommend EZ Roofing.

I hired this roofing company to do a repair on my roof and they were excellent!
Charles, the owner, was super attendant and very fair with pricing. We were so pleased with the outcome that we referred them to two other family members who needed roofing work done. They were also extremely satisfied with the service. I know I will need my roof replaced some time in the future and I am glad I know whom to call.

Did a phenomenal job with my new roof! It was replaced in just a few days and it looks a thousand times better than the old one. They gave me a reasonable price and were able to get the job done fast and professionally. Very pleased.

These guys were great. When the other companies were telling me that it would take 6 - 8 months to put on a new tile roof EZ General had it done for me in only 4 weeks. There is supposed to be a tile shortage because of the hurricane damage but EZ has tile in stock and ready to install. Thanks again EZ General!

These guys came out yesterday to repair our roof tile and they did such of an amazing job! They were so professional that I had to express how glad I am for the final results! Highly Recommended! A+++++

Be aware of what you signed, the verbal explanation does not reflect what is on the paper, they over price your insurance company by a lot, plus your deductible thank you. I paid $59.000 to replace a roof in a 3/2 house. Made some promises verbally they never made good. Will use the lien card against your property, even before sending you their invoices, Not very professional, and do not waist your time writing the CEO, you will be wasting your time. The roof looks good, just like the house next door, however he paid $28,000, just $30.000 cheaper, however their job is much superior lol. BE AWEARE. I see many poor reviews, all of them have some type of excuse, that should tell you something about the company, no a single one had apologies, is always the customer who is wrong. BE AWARE. My insurance paid the over price, they told me if there was enough money they would paint my house. There was a lot money based on the over price paid, however never honoredit. The others estimates, you can come see them if you see a $30.000 difference, the attorney fees were $18.000. Total cost $58.000 plus $18.000 a very expensive roof, could not paint the house $2700

We cannot recommend this company. After our house sustained significant damage from Hurricane Michael in October 2018, we contracted with E-Z to restore our home. They completed some of the work, received a hefty chunk of insurance money, then abandoned our contract. Twenty-two months later, we are still contending with an unfinished house that does not meet some of the building code requirements and the continuing consequences of their subcontractors' substandard workmanship: incomplete insulation, an improperly vented gas fireplace, inadequate attic access, and 15 growing cracks in the ceilings they installed. Based on our experience with them, their motto should be: "We over-promise and under-deliver".

We got several estimates and theirs was the highest. But salesperson called a couple of times trying to make the sale. On the phone, I told salesperson that I was waiting for someone from another company to confirm with his boss on a lower price. Salesperson offered to go down within $500 to what the other company was trying to get approved. I told him I would let him know the following day. He said to inform him if the other company comes in at the lower price and he will try to match it. I told him I wouldn't do that because it wouldn't be fair to the other company. That's when he told me that you would go ahead and proceed at the lower price. So, I told him he had a deal. He said that he would file for the permits online that night. The next morning he calls me back to tell me his boss would not allow him to proceed at the agreed to amount and couldn't even do it at the other amount that he tried to have me agree to. So, in the end they want $1k more and didn't honor what we had verbally agreed to. I do not recommend dealing with this company. Also, their quote agreement is extremely verbose. If you read through it, the contract basically says that they don't responsibility for pretty much anything when it comes to extra cost or unintentional damage caused.

I want to share my experience with EZ Roofing Contractors; I bought a house in 2013 and I was aware of a roof leak, I found EZ Roofing through an acquaintance and at first they were very accommodating and professional, the sales person came to do an evaluation and said that in order to fix the leak we would have to replace the whole roof, ok, we agreed and the service was done. It has been four years now and every time it rains I get my calls ignored for weeks while it rains inside the house, it rains through the roof by the fire place and by the front door EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!!! Whenever they felt like calling me back I have been more than patient with their schedule arrangements and they have patched the roof a few times,I DON'T THINK THAT A BRAND NEW ROOF SHOULD HAVE TO BE PATCHED!!! I have followed every suggestion they made to fix the issue and even paid them more because all of a sudden they couldn't do anything else because I had a "balance". Mind you that the roof replacement was paid cash in full at the time of service !! It cost us more than $15.000 dollars and so far all I have is a four years colossal headache!!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are dishonest and unprofessional !!!! I would have given it ZERO stars if that option was available!!!

Set up an appointment in advance after a bee removal service the company didn’t call back I had to call they said that they don’t have the right equipment to do the work and they didn’t have a proper ladder they ask me to pay extra for the work their quote was 3800 and again they didn’t call.
Had to find a roofer to do the work lost two days with an open roof had the damage on the ceiling this company is unprofessional and very nasty only person I live with this is unbelievable and overall I paid extra 3000 to repair the damage in the roof this company is not a professional if they don’t have a right to live there to climb on the roof they shouldn’t called himself a roofing company that the reviews are not real everything is fake.
Receive two are there “7001100 and 1300 nothing close to 3800 stay away from this Unprofessional company.
