Disappointing service. Never spoke with Renee, took over 4 days, was rather rude over a simple change of vehicle. Even the actual insurance company heard the conversation and was shocked.

Your people drive like you have some type of syndrome

I have contacted Renee and her office 3 times in four days without even so much as an acknowledgement. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you have a problem, good luck getting help...
